My modern equipped apartment is centrally located - close to the old town (but still quiet) in a new building directly on the shore of Regen and Danube with a swimming beach at your doorstep The old town (Steinernen Brücke, Dom) can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Even faster by bike (2 bikes INCLUDED) The nearby Danube shopping center, the cinema, beer gardens as well as Netto, Edeka, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. Balcony with 2 sun loungers including table and chairs.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

TV 80 cm diameter + Wi-Fi free of charge - partly private washing machine in the bathroom and an extra room with 2 washing machines and dryer available. We are 2.4 km from Neustadt/Donau and e.g. Ingolstadt - 20 km, Regensburg - 35 km, Kelheim - about 18 km.

Beautiful Naabtal apartment

Relax in this special and quiet place. It is located directly on the Naab (with bathing facilities), 2 km from the Danube and 6 km from Regensburg. You can relax in the garden, the cycling trail is by the house and the Naab Valley can be hiked on foot. The apartment is bright, comfortably furnished and surrounded by nature. You can park right in front of the house. Our small hamlet is not connected to the public transport network.

It's also close to the historic center of Regensburg.
