Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zverinac

We never had a better experience than with Sanja! She is so helpful and we are really thankful for her welcoming. We felt like we are at home, so we enjoyed the wonderful house to the fullest. Our dog Louie also enjoyed playing with her dog Bura and we are sure, that he will miss her. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything.

Great little garden with a very nice terrace, very kind host and a quiet surrounding. We really enjoyed our stay at Ana's and Slavko's vacation house.

We have spent wonderful time in this cozy, comfortable place. The house is located in very peaceful area with stunning view to the mountains. I highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking relax.

Very nice ,clean accommodation in the quiet place Betina, everything worked well from the landlord, wishes were done immediately. Of course, there are not so many offers of restaurants, etc., but there are also very good restaurants in Murter at this time, and they can be reached in a few minutes. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Arso's apartment is a small cozy apartment on the 1st floor, with a balcony from where we could look out over his lush garden, and we could freely eat from the windows and figs. Very close to everything: Baker, supermarket, bar, cafes, restaurants and beach life. Arso is helpful and very hospitable and is happy to share his knowledge of the island.

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely be back. Arrived as guests left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. Maja is a wonderful host. She helped us out with eggs when they closed shops. And with a kitchen appliance that we needed for a special dish. The apartment is in a great location, very bright and quiet. Walking along the coastal road in about half an hour, you can reach old town. A nice walk. We had a great time. Thank you!

Ivan’s place is spacious and super convenient.

We had a very nice stay. Vinko and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and generous. The surroundings are quiet, but offer you everything your heart desires. We didn't have a car for the first few days, but could walk to everything, e.g. a small supermarket, restaurants and the harbor in about 15 minutes. The beach is also very beautiful and well suited for swimming if you like stone beach. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back. ☺️

We had a great stay here! You can find everything you need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is stunning, we could have watched it all day. There are a few restaurants and shops you can walk to. We would definitely come back :-)

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

We had a great week in the small apartment! Tena's recommendations for seaside resorts and restaurants were super helpful! The two small cats also gave us a lot of joy. We will be happy to come back:)

A very relaxed stay at Sali. We liked the calm apartment and her parents, who directly welcomed us with a cake :) the apartment offers a big terrace and within 10 minutes you can walk to the harbour or the city beach. Here parents were always helpful and kind, thank you! :)

Very nice apartment and a great location if you are with a car. Marin was attentive and gave us recommendations on where to eat and which beaches to visit. Recommended!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Lovely apartment and fantastic host. Andre was super responsive and had a bit of an issue outside of the flat and he was really helpful in getting it sorted out for us. Truly went above and beyond! Only thing to mention is that the joint balcony is up a ladder which was fine for us but worth noting as people could struggle with jt

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were welcomed by Andreas who was very welcoming, attentive and always very good advice. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would recommend this apartment to go there without a second thought...

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well equipped apartment. Large outdoor area with fantastic views, which is mostly in the shade thanks to the Mediterranean orchard. 5 minutes from the nearest swimming spot and short drive to many beautiful beaches.
