Holiday houses in Zumbrota

Very cute and well furnished house. It was a block back from the main uptown street, so very walkable (5 minute walk to some bars and restaurants) without having to listen to traffic. I was also even able to rent one of those Lime scooters from downtown Minneapolis and scoot back to the house in like 12(?) minutes. I had a great weekend and would stay here again

Our group of 6 adults absolutely loved staying here over Christmas week while visiting family in the area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The area is very safe and you can't beat a lake view, even in winter. We found just about everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated there was lots of space to cook and store food. There were quite a few things to clean before heading out, but we spread it out over the night before we left and morning of, no big deal since we had lots of helpers. We played a couple rounds of cornhole in the garage, which was so fun! We would definitely stay here again!!

Super cute place with comfortable beds and lots of room for a large group! Peter was a great host, very responsive, and had great recommendations! Great place for a large family or group. Would highly recommend!

It had everything we needed for our trip, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We loved the layout of the house and the view of Lake Pepin at sunset. We had just the right amount of rooms and space for my son’s families and myself. The fireplaces were an added benefit which we truly enjoyed. Although we came down with the flu we all enjoyed the time spent there together. Thank you Sandy and Eric for sharing your house with us. It is a very special place.

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.

This was our second year at this place and we absolutely love it. We have a yearly family gathering to go and look at the Eagles along the Mississippi and the main level of the house is absolutely perfect for a big family of 12 to 16 of us. There is plenty of light and windows and gathering space for cooking playing games, eating and celebrating. There are wood floors throughout, and we are very fortunate that the host allows us to bring our two dogs. We will absolutely be going back next year!!! Thank you Greg!

We (5 girlfriends) were very pleased with the townhouse and the gorgeous view of the lake, from both the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The place was clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment, bedding, towels and much more. Beautifully decorated for the season (fall) with very comfortable furniture. Thankyou for making our weekend a joy with your hospitality.
