GEM IN A PLACE WHERE TIME STOOD STILL The best thing about this place is the location - right next to the sea in the tiny town of Zaglav. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful surroundings. You can jump into the sea right after walking out of the house. The view from the terrace is beautiful. This is the Host’s family home - on the second floor of which there are 4 studio apartments that have a shared outside entrance via stairs. The terrace of the apartments have some partitions but they are shared so in the end of the day not fully private. The studio (we stayed in no 2, then no 4 as we extended our stay, and Petra was kind enough to book us in) is modern, clean and has all the basics. Bathroom specially nice. Everything was very clean, and the AC works well. Parking is in front of the building, very practical. My only criticism would be the beds - they are doubles but there is a big gap between the two mattresses and we did not find them too comfortable. Petra is a great host.

The accommodation was great, we really liked our stay, also because of the lovely and very attentive hostess, with whom you could always talk and exchange ideas. For example, we discovered the fig tree in the garden and my wife loves figs. I had asked if I could pick a few and when I then happily walked into the apartment with two, a whole bowl of figs was in front of our door a short time later. Such nice gestures were repeated throughout the stay. You can tell that the guests and that together are fun and that's great, so a nice atmosphere and a good feeling arises. We will be very happy to come back and thank you for the great stay! The place is always recommended for everyone. Thanks!

The place was just awesome! The decor is really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and it was one of the best we've had so far.

The hosting was great as well as the communication with Ante. The house was spotless and everything you needed was there. We had a great time.

All I can say is WOW!!! Ivana’s place is amazing!! The location, the garden outside area, the inside…we didn’t want to leave! We felt like we had all the amenities of home! She didn’t leave anything out!! We’ve stayed in a lot of AirB&B’s and this ranks at the very top. This home is a historical home that has been expertly renovated. You genuinely feel like you are at home!! The town is wonderful with restaurants and mini markets within walking distance. Ivana is a lovely host and very responsive! You will not be disappointed…this home is awesome!!!

The place is highly recommended. The host speaks fluent English and had a solution ready when there was a problem. Unfortunately, the private loungers on the private beach were very hard and some were broken, but the selection was still large. The way to the beach is very short.

It is a perfect room, contrary to the description, it is air-conditioned. There is a supermarket about 300 meters away, so you don't have to go shopping by car. Beach is a 10-minute walk. Perfect location, friendly hosts!

We stayed at the apartment for 5 days and we loved it! The apartment but also around is very well maintained. We enjoyed the terrace (apartment 4). Access in about 10 minutes in the old town. On the beach you can be in less than 10 minutes and have a wonderful Croatian beach! It couldn't be better!

It’s a great place to stay including free private parking. Walking distance to old town and supermarket. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone wants to stay at Zadar.
