Holiday houses in Zona Industriale Casic

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem and offers all the comforts of home. The outdoor and indoor seating areas are charming, and the bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day, and our host was very sweet and accommodating

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

The apartment is located in a courtyard with a beautiful garden. Gian Luca's aunties live in the same courtyard and gave us a great welcome. The apartment is spotless and well- equipped, and has private parking. It's a few meters from the main street in Villasimius with all the bars, restaurants etc. There are many beaches in the local area, all very good.

Simply excellent: superb villa, spacious, well equipped. Completely as described. Hyper-reactive hosts. We had a perfect week. 8 minutes maximum walk from the beach, 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Poetto beach and 30 minutes from the center of Cagliari (very useful car to visit the surroundings). We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to say quite honestly if we hadn't been there with friends who lived in the villa, some of it would have been a bit difficult. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface that makes it very difficult to cook. But that was no problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. There are other cottages on the premises and there is a kiosk and another pool(which is fantastic), but day guests also come to the property. It's all just a heads up. We had a great stay despite everything.

Paola's Airbnb was just beautiful. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay and clean. Paola is an extremely lovely and helpful person who welcomed us very warmly. Her daughter Veronika was also a great help, gave tips for beautiful beaches and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and the location was also good if you have a rental car. We were only 20 minutes away from the beautiful town of Cagliari and yet the location of the Airbnb was super quiet, so you could relax in the evening. A sweet bonus was the turtle in the garden! :) We were very pleased and thank you again.

Elisa was a great host! The flat was even prettier than the pictures and really clean. She was available per text and super helpful and nice. Parking was always available in the same street. Thank you for an uncomplicated stay!
