Loft holiday rentals in Zona Farini, Milan

The apartment was perfect for my 5 week work stay. 20 mins on the tram to the centre. The area is very well served with a very cool bar and excellent family restaurant on the street as well as an artist community of up and coming galleries, antique shops along with more traditional established local amenities. A good supermarket is only 5 mins walk. The apartment building is very quiet and benefits from facing a central courtyard. The deco is modern, simple and well designed. Bruno’s son was responsive when I had inquiries and I would happily return. The apartment is very good value for money. Accommodation in Milan can be very expensive and not always good value but Bruno’s apartment stood out as being perfectly designed a clever use of space. Thank you for the stay.

Place is super cosy, felt right at home. Bed super comfortable. You must visit Boscovish Bistro just around the corner. Best tiramisu! Michelas suggested. Main train station just 5min walk. Also, bus stop if coming from Milan Bergamo Airport just outside train station. Very convenient. Walk to Duomo DI Milano around 20mins or train just around the corner. Loved apartment and would definitely stay again!

Flavio was extremely friendly and helpful, and the apartment was beautiful and in a great location, more away from the more touristy parts of Milan which was great for us. Would stay here again!

It is a very pleasant and cozy place, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay , the kitchen is very well equipped, they were always in contact with communication and were very friendly, the location is excellent, you can move without problems by metro and tram, it has a super on the corner and many restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at Daniela's place! The flat is super cosy and very well decorated, I really felt at home Daniela is very kind and would always answer any of my question The neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk to super nice places I totally recommend :)

I was in Milan for a conference at MiCo. Staying with Daniela was very helpful and comfortable! In addition, Daniela was extremely helpful in the check-in process (she even came to the conference to bring me the keys, since I was late for the relationship). Highly recommended! We had a great time at Federica’s place. Communication was great and the department was as advertised.

Marzio's apartment is equipped with every comfort and is neat and well maintained. All instructions to enter and operate the heating was well documented. However, we had not seen the one for the heating. Within half an hour, Marzio was available for a video call. The WiFi is great. Nearby there are many restaurants. At 250m from the apartment there is a tram stop. From here, you can reach the Duomo within half an hour.

Francesca E Santiago are the perfect hosts who go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home and comfortable. They were always a message away and extremely responsive to any questions we had whether that be recommendations for restaurants or places to visit! Their social loft is the perfect location for the most wonderful trip in Milan it was so good we booked again for our annual trip to Milan this year. Grazie mille 🇮🇹x

Very nicely decorated, very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Not far from the city center thanks to the tram which is not very far.

The best host. He is super friendly, superb person. very humble, kind and intelligent and supportive. Great place to stay, easy to get around anywhere in Milan, walking distance from Brenta (M3-Yellow Line) Metro station and Trendord Porta Romana station Also has public parks and Poste Italia nearby. Very quite, and a very good neighbourhood. perfectly safe to get around even at night. A lot of convinience stores and supermarkets nearby, with 24 hr Carrefour market. OVS and Upium are also close by. the room is very spacious with ample storage and has almost everything you need. With a shared living with Marco, it is never a problem of any kind. the kitchen is very comfortable with loads of crockery and cooking utensils. simple, clean and a very descent place to stay. Most amazing Host and a great value for money.

Both Melissa and Lele are wonderful hosts! Their house is cozy and spacious. I highly recomend everyone especially those who enjoy canal & night life @Navigli. Melissa's house is a perfect place to stay in Milan:)
