Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Nelly is a great host, friendly and joyful. I immediately felt at home. The place is so clean, well arranged and pretty much has everything I needed during my stay. The place is centered and few minutes away walking distance to Taksim Square. All shops and restaurants are in close proximity. I will definitely come back again and Nelly's guesthouse will be my no. 1 accommodation in Istanbul.

Tuğkan is a professional host, very communicative and very helpful to customers. She supported us with everything we asked during our stay. The apartment was above our expectations, very clean, the rooms were comfortable and quite modern. We will be back very soon!!!!

It was an amazing stay, thanks Ferhat for the host, however I faced to small issues, 1- it was in the third floor without elevator ( which was already disclosed by Ferhat but I didn’t notice) and there was no blackout in some of the bedrooms. Also The windows insulation is kind of weak, I could hear everything. Other than that the host was amazing and he makes our stay easy and fun. Thanks Ferhat.

It is nice to have the ability to move directly from the living room to the terrace, the view and location are amazing. Although the lounge is small, it has a cute interior design. Very clean. 7-10 min walk to Ortaköy center, central location. Its location is very peaceful. I will choose it again when I want to stay in Ortaköy. Thank you!

I liked this flat because of the location which is pretty close to ferries/metro also close to bars and restaurants. Eren is friendly and was very flexible on my check in and check out. Of course as others mentioned, be aware that this street gets crowded because of the clubs. I wasn’t bothered though.

Good value, quiet, no issues

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

The main highlight of the accommodation is its location for sightseeing, near the metro, in addition to the room cleaning that is carried out daily. On the other hand, the area is busy and a bit noisy.
