Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zephyrhills

This place is actually better than the picture show. Very pristine and very clean. It's the perfect place for a bunch of guys who want to get together for a golf trip or something like that. Somewhat secluded, which is what I was kind of looking for. Me and my 13 other friend loved it.

What a beautiful location and such a lovely house with lovely pool and jacuzzi. We were amazed that despite the recent devastating hurricanes the property and facilities were amazing apart from a couple of things that could not be fixed in the timescales. Ari made us very aware of these things when we booked. It was just what we wanted for a few days to end our American Tour in sunny Tampa. Thank you .

Lots for the kids to do and a nice big space quick responses and excellent communicators we have 12 teenagers and 4 adults - somehow we managed with only 2 bathrooms!!!

The Anchor house is a great stay and definitely worth the $. Very clean home with tons of beds and bathrooms. Went to Florida for a wedding so everyone was getting ready and dressed up so 3 bathrooms were great. House was super clean like we were the first ones to stay there after a remodel. Centrally located and right next to downtown New Port Richey which is beautiful. Literally don’t have any complaints all 5 stars. And will be staying there again next trip

We had the best time at The Pickett Fence!! This was the first airbnb that I actually felt safe and relaxed in. Jason is a wonderful host and gave a perfect tour of the house when we arrived. There was everything we needed and more here! Next time I stay I can pack much lighter 😉.

The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy to get to down town areas. Amazing place to stay with family and friends. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful, we would love to go back. The only con is that the heater on the pool was not working and it was very cold, however, we managed to enjoy it. Beautiful place.

Our stay was perfect for my adult child and myself with separate, but equal beds and a great bathroom. The coldest time in Florida in my lifetime of visiting and we had to use some heat and it worked perfectly. I hope the weather cooperates better for anyone else expecting warm temps. But our experience here could not have been easier. We had a rushed checkout because the purpose of our visit was house hunting and had to move quickly to see a house and the time for checkout at 11 meant we had to pack up and leave fast- ended up making the offer on the house so great result for us. Happy Days Ahead!!! ❤️

Older home…but very well kept and clean inside. Extra linens were a plus. One block from the water. Only about 2 blocks from the Davis Island shops…super quick walk to the DI coffee shop, Pizza, Greek food, breakfast places, grocery/convenience, Anchor bar, and other cute places. Our stay was very short…so we did not utilize the back yard patio area…but this was much better for us than staying in a hotel.

Great place! Close to Hyde Park which was a plus!

We stayed at Chris’ place for a long weekend in January. His unit on the third floor has amazing views. The condo is quiet, clean, fully stocked (even extra towels!). The table and chairs are a great addition that we hadn’t seen in other units in the resort. Last year, we stayed in a DIFFERENT unit with a different owner, and that unit was dirty and the owner was extremely rude. As a result we were nervous to stay at the resort again. We are so glad we did! Highly recommend this unit and Chris!

Zucely’s place was perfect for us. It was very clean and was a great spot to hang out during our down time. It was evident the location is recovering from the hurricanes but Zucely shared that ahead of time. There is also around the clock security which also made us feel safe. We would certainly come back to stay at this location if we have the opportunity.

Loved It❣️ VERY Clean, had everything we needed to keep my 4yo happy and Helena provided great recommendations around the area🎉 Whisky Joe's and the pool bar food were both delicious, the staff was very friendly and, THE AMAZING SUNSET....WOW🥰🥰🥰🥰

This condo is in a great neighborhood which is wonderful to walk around and see all the history and beautiful homes. Bayshore Blvd is a stone's throw away and you can see the bay from the condo. Bella's Italian Restaurant was a very short walk and one of the best in Tampa. The beds were comfortable with only one point to be noted is in the master bedroom the shades really let in the street lights at night and the sunshine in the morning. Overall, very roomy and comfortable stay for 4 people.

The condo was as what we expected, cozy and comfortable. The community felt safe and well cared for. David was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, our experience was great, and we would stay again.

What a lovely condo! Perfect for a business conference at the Grand Hyatt, but much more comfortable than a hotel! Loved the balcony with the view of the water!

Brock was incredibly accommodating, providing clear instructions for accessing the condo after my red-eye flight and even offering to meet me if necessary. The condo itself was thoughtfully stocked with amenities that made it feel like home, ensuring I had everything I needed—even if I had forgotten something. I especially appreciated the smart home features, which seamlessly aligned with my own tech-savvy lifestyle. The views from the condo were stunning at all hours, offering beautiful perspectives of the city. Everything about the space was perfect, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I’ll definitely be reserving this unit for future trips to Tampa!
