Waterfront holiday rentals in Zephyr Cove

RnR rentals at Lakeland village #107 was a great place to stay for a couple. The heavenly bus route is across the street and takes you to the California lodge. The free public bus stop is there as well, making after ski visits to the town a breeze. The fire pit oven was awesome. The bathroom is a little small. RnR was great via texting. The amenities by the lake are nice to sit at. There’s is a hot tub and gas fire pits you can turn on. Overall would definitely go back.

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

Great home base for our weekend ski trip. Short drive up to Heavenly's parking lots and walkable to many spots around town and to the lake shore. The space was clean and homey.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

It was an enjoyable resort and the room was very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and approachable. Location was perfect and close to restaurants.

This was our 1st stay here and it was a great experience. Walking distance to everything: Lake, Restaurants, Activities, and Entertainment. Highly recommend and we will return.

A repeat stay, we returned after a great first stay and would love to spend another mountain weekend in the future!! Kitchen is stocked, comfy bed, great location so close to the river walk!!

Our stay at Carnelian Bay was fantastic. Ryan made us feel right at home with Christmas trees and presents for the kids. His communication was prompt and on point, He answered all of our questions and concerns during our entire stay. The house is beautiful and well kept with an amazing view. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay during Christmas and New Years. We truly enjoyed the house and Ryan made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

We had a great time at Roxie's home on the lake. The views are stunning and the house is clean and comfortable. There are a fair amount of rules, and at times it was hard to juggle in our minds which can add a little anxiety on vacation because all of us wanted to make sure we were doing everything right and protecting and taking care of the property as required. Bob and Roxie were super polite and always attentive and quick to respond to messages. We had some bad weather during our stay and all our flights were cancelled and they allowed us to hang out a little bit after our check out time to figure everything out which was very much appreciated. We stayed in the winter but can imagine this home would be great for a family summer vacation with the proximity to Tahoe City and the lake.

We had such an amazing family getaway in the snow at Nolan’s home! Loved the location to the ski resorts and the winter wonderland in the backyard allowed us to stay at the house rather than drive to a snow play area. Lots of sleds available and the river surrounded by snow was beautiful!! We will be back

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous and spacious home! The thoughtful welcome basket was such a warm and generous touch, setting the tone for our perfect New Year celebration. We were visiting Lake Tahoe for a wedding and found Linda's place - it was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Super clean, had everything that we needed, spacious enough for our family and close to most places so we walked. If we go back to Incline Village (which I hope we do!), I'd love to stay here again!

It's a beautiful place in a great location--a 5 mintue walk from Boreal, and a very short drive to other ski resorts, such as Royal Gorge, where we went. the layout of the condo is nice, with the public spaces on a separate floor from the two bedrooms. The amenities were all very nice; in addition, Lisa and Jason were very responsive when we had questions about miscellaneous things. The whole complex was very quiet as well.

BEAUTIFUL amazing Lakefront unit WOWWWW!!!!! Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you have the mean financially I HIGHLY recommend this place (the days of 200 dollars a night in a Luxe place are over in Lake Tahoe) WOW we felt like we were on a cruise ship as you look out the window and just see the almost nothing but lake and mountains directly in front of you 180 degrees!

This place was AMAZING. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we come back to South Lake Tahoe. Firstly – the unit is set up so thoughtfully for guests. They have a Keurig with pods out for you to use, basics like dishwasher pods under the sink, a full spice rack, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. Parking was easy and there was plenty of spaces available. The fireplace is amazing and heats up the place beautifully. The bedroom has its own heater which works like a charm. Both the bed and the pullout couch were very comfortable. The place is pretty spacious for a condo, with plenty of closet space for belongings too. The amenities of the unit are great, we thoroughly enjoyed the community hot tub after skiing. It’s a very short walk through the community to the beach and pier, and the view at sunset is to die for. We were about 5 minutes from Heavenly village, 30 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe, and 50 minutes from Kirkwood. Will be back!

Great place for skiing at Palisades

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were 3 large televisions, which is an improvement from the listing.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the essentials (plus extra touches like fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen). The location couldn’t be better. What truly stood out was the unbeatable value: you get premium comfort and convenience without the premium price tag.
