Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Well furnished apartments in quiet neighborhood with heated pool. Private parking space for 4 cars. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Nice little cottage. Our stay was during the Christmas break and the place was adequately warm with fireplace and heaters provided. Highly recommend!

Ante was a great host. The space was extremely clean and tidy. We were welcomed with a plate of cold cuts and and homemade liquor. He also gave us tips on what to do nearby. What we liked very much was the private location without direct neighbors. We can only recommend Ante and the accommodation.

It is a wonderful place to relax. We can can only recommend this location. It's perfect locacated and a dream if you wish calm and relaxing holidays. I think in the future it's a a diamond for having a good time at the seaside and as I said, everything perfect. We like such places....

I stayed with my son for 4 nights. Everything was fine. We were happy with the cleanliness and disappearance of the apartment. There was probably nothing missing in the kitchen that you would expect. It's possible to see that the host thought about the kitchen and other spaces as if she were a guest. Great praise for this as we have the opposite experience in other places. We communicated with the host's father, Mr. Zoran, who was very helpful. Thank you so much for that. We were completely able to plug into the network and charge our electric car, I offered money for this service, but the host declined. So I am grateful for your willingness and access. The place is very close to the center, where we went to dinner and yet not disturbed by noise. I recommend using this place for your stay. George

The only thing what I was not satisfied, was that bed were shor. Everything else was great.Kitchen ok, enough place, nice living room, great terrace, short distance to the beach.Thanks

We stayed in Zlata's apartment for 2 nights. We actually arrived too early, but were very kindly received by her. She took extensive time to show the apartment and gave us a lot of tips and information about the area. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We recommend this apartment!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

A great place managed by lovely owners. The location of the Villa is great, with a view of the mountain skyline. Huge pool, spacious home with many attractions. Great communication with Anka. I recommend it to anyone, the perfect place to relax in Croatia!

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We lived in Villa Lovelos on New Year's Day with friends and our 5 month old. A perfect retreat: all the comforts in the middle of nature. Each window allows you to immerse yourself in the surrounding woods to see a few passing pets. Nikša welcomed us warmly, under the Christmas tree she also left a gift for our baby. He was always available for our every need even in the inconvenience of a failure to one of our help. The snow has made the atmosphere even more fascinating. We leave the house eager to return for another dip in the tranquility of nature.

We spent great week, I am thankful to Dino for tremendous time and place and hope to get back!

Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thought was great! The owners were very responsive and super friendly, providing fresh bread and cheese on arrival and later cherries 🍒 from their garden. The neighboring town Sibenik was a beautiful day out, and the beaches in Murter were a must-see. Would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you, Tonka and Hrvoje!
