Holiday rentals with a patio in Zell am See-Süd

Super great apartment in very nice quiet place. We really liked it. Perfect and with great quality is the bakery, which is directly opposite. Highly recommend everything!

We felt right at home when entering the apartment. Everything was very clean and you noticed that the cleaning was done. The place was even more beautiful than in the photos and the view on the balcony was awesome. There are great excursion destinations that can be reached in about 30 minutes. We would recommend the place.

The location is amazing, the views amazing. the hosts are really lovely people, they bought a windscreen cover for my hire car to save me scrapping the ice each morning.. that is a level of kindness that needs to be appreciated. if your reading this review and you are undecided and can afford it, book the place you really wont regret it.

We stayed here for almost a week but we wouldn't want to leave! The apartment is really cool and it's the same of the pictures, nicely arranged and with all the utilities one could need. The city is really pretty and has a lot of things to do, from trekking to going to the spa, or seeing the Alte Saline! We also went with the bus (included in the guest card) to Salzburg, which is 40 mins far. Florian and Sandra were really kind and fast in all the communication. Great experience!

Delightful, beautifully decorated apartment. We felt at home in it. Clean, spacious, tasteful, and very warm. We were very positively surprised. We didn't miss anything :) Viktoria is a very friendly and warm person. Located in a secluded very quiet place, yet not far from the ski slopes. Highly recommended and we hope to be back !!!

This is a very comfortable apartment which is extremely clean and modern. The showers are excellent and the choice of a luxury bath too. The views are phenomenal and a very close location to the Town. The washing machine and dryer are a massive help when travelling with kids. This was very good value for money. Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one.

Nice apartment, perfect to stay close to the ski area

We were warmly welcomed by the family. They took the time to give us helpful tips and tell us interesting historical backgrounds about the city. The city itself is surprisingly charming. The apartment was clean and lovingly decorated. Everything was really thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The garden with beautiful views is perfect for families with (small)children. We highly recommend this place and the hospitality of the family! It's a pity that we didn't stay longer. We were just passing through.

We had a wonderful time. Nina was extremely friendly & received us super nice. Heated ski boot rack in the basement is definitely a highlight! We will be happy to come back!

We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children with dog. Check-in was super easy. House was great and the view was also mega beautiful. We turned on the fireplace in the Jägerstüberl and let it go. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the place !

The place was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient for accessing the slopes, making it ideal for a ski trip. The internet was reliable, which was a nice bonus. The host was friendly and very helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Stunning house in beautiful surroundings

We had a great time in Florian's house. It's big, neat and well located. Florian is very reactive by texting and he gives all the informations needed as well as recommandations for good restaurants. I highly recommand

The apartment is simply ideal, you have a parking space, the city center can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and yet you have your peace and quiet if you are there like us to the music festival and the whole city shakes. We also really liked the small garden area, ideal for balmy summer nights. Gabriele and her daughter were extremely helpful and the communication worked great. Highly recommended.

The stay with Diana at the apartment was wonderful. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Highly recommended for four people as well as two babies. Communication with Diana was excellent. Uncomplicated and at the same time she gave us great tips for the area. Since Diana lives over it in the apartment, we were also able to get to know her in person. She was very helpful, communicative and there for us with any concerns the entire time. The house is located near a rushing creek. For us and our babies, the perfect background noise for a relaxed, restful sleep. In the village itself there is a general store for daily fresh rolls (except Sundays) and a few restaurants. Otherwise, it is recommended by car to explore the region (we were on site in the second half of September).

Cozy, good layout for 1 or 2 singles. A little old fashioned interrior, but everything worked

It was a nice apartment in St. Johann. On foot you can reach the city center very quickly. 3-5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need and is really modern. We were very pleased.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description and was in perfect condition – clean and well equipped. The location could not be better: just a short walk to the train station, as well as restaurants and a supermarket. The only small drawback was that we were missing clothes hooks for the jackets. But that's really "whining to a high standard". Overall, we were very please and would go back any time. Communication with Manfred was also excellent.

Unfortunately we had to leave the apartment before scheduled BUT Gerald and Ulli were super friendly and helpful!
