Welcome to our mountain home! Sitting atop a hill and surrounded by green, our home has SPECTACULAR valley views and is only a short walk into town via the beautiful Reitlpromenade. It's been lovingly renovated, making it a cozy escape perfect for a family, with 4 bedrooms and one modern bathroom (plus an additional shower!). Ski in/ski-out from Graukogel, it's the ideal place to unwind after a day on the mountain, as you watch the sunset next to the fire from the terrace and relax in the sauna.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntalradweg, 100 m away from a cozy jausenstation , 10 minutes from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Emperor Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered on request. The city of Kufstein (railway station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or by city bus. The large fenced garden invites you to play, grill and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

Time out on the mountain. With us on the Alpeltalhütte at 1100m, directly below steep rock walls and in the middle of forest and nature you will find your perfect place for your break. The Alpeltal hut, which has existed since 1919, has been completely freshly renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can start right from the front door and start your adventures around the Berchtesgadener Berge.

Our cottage is ideally suited for 2 to 4 people. Electricity + water available.
