Staying at Kim’s place in Amsterdam for the second time was amazing! The apartment is comfortable and well-located. Kim was extremely professional and helpful, always reaching out to provide guidance and ensure.

We only had a brief one night stay, which my wife and I both said was a shame we couldn't spend longer. Mariette was a lovely host, very friendly and polite. The property was kept to a high standard plus in a really convenient and beautiful location that we had a wander around. There's nothing else we could have wanted/asked for, other than to have been able to stay a little longer. But sadly work commitments didn't allow on this occasion. Thankyou for having us!

One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Fantastic nature, close to the major cities Utrecht and Amsterdam, cca 30 minutes by car to either one. The apartment is on the roof of the building, surrounded by succulents and flowers. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The nature park part of the lake is a must see. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we will be back for sure!

Incredible little place, so peaceful and private, tucked away, with all the amenities to make you feel at home, but with the cute town just a few metres from the door and lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Our favourite was Brownies & DownieS. Sonja was so kind and helpful, came to welcome us and wish us goodbye and gave us lots of tips and recommendations as well as a very appreciated bottle of wine... Would 100% recommend both in terms of a cosy getaway and cute location, ideal for relaxation and eating/drinking well! Thank you Sonja. :)

Excellent guesthouse if you are looking for a base for the many activities that are possible in the area. Good bed, warm and spacious shower, great cooking facilities (2 burners + oven), warm welcome, enough privacy, temperature of the space was fine. In short, recommended if you want to get away with the two of you in this region

The apartment was super comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and all amenities. We stayed for more than 10 days and had a very comfortable stay. Asli, our host is super helpful. I also had a chance to speak to Emre. He helped us immediately. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. This place is super close to the center of Arnhem and the Arnhem Central station. Ticks all boxes and worth every penny. Highly recommended

Lovely home and view. Quiet. Wonderful walking/cycling paths around lake. Would love to visit the community cafe further down the path.

Before arrival, Richard clearly described what to expect, how we could find the location and the procedure to get in. Upon arrival, warmly welcomed by Richard himself who gave a small tour. Furthermore, the cottage is complete as described on AirBnb. The hosts were very attentive with information and whether everything was to your liking. On the day of departure, it was also not difficult to check out a little later. Furthermore, we left things that Richard took care of so that they could be safely picked up. Beautiful place for holiday! Spacious and furnished house in a quiet holiday location. We especially appreciate the view of the water channel with the large terrace. Possibility of use for water sports and swimming. The house is also adapted for a stay in colder weather. Added value could be an open fireplace in the living room. Excellent transport accessibility by car to Amsterdam or to the nearest P+R parking. Higly recommended as a family!

Had the most magical stay. We felt just at home and there is plenty of utensils which i used in the kitchen , the bed was very comfy and Almere is just a beautiful place i will definitely return ! :)

I stayed in Balaz's apartment for a week with my two older daughters. It is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The apartment is the ideal base for excursions into the city center of Amsterdam, the connection by streetcar is easy to reach and you are at the central station in a quarter of an hour. When you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of the city, you can relax in the apartment or on the nearby beach. I can highly recommend Balazs' apartment for Amsterdam vacations.

We really enjoyed to stay in Marilin’s place! The apartment is very cozy, well equipped with all you need for a long stay and the location is great! We felt like we were at home!

Very nice apartment in a top place in the heart of Harderwijk. You will get into the shopping street in 5 minutes and you will be on the boulevard in 5 minutes. Literally everything is just around the corner. Dennis is a great host who, together with his wife, ensures that the stay is arranged down to the last detail. Absolutely recommended!!!
