top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Giacomo's place was perfect for our vacation in Rovinj. The sea is close, especially using the bikes available, and the city is not too far to walk (about fifteen minutes). The house is comfortable, comfortable, and spacious. The bathroom is new, there is a bidet and the shower is spacious and comfortable. The washing machine works well and the hanging space is under a balcony. The kitchen is functional and there's what you need. I am very happy and recommend this house for your holidays.

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

We greatly enjoyed the house and especially the garden. It had many shaded and comfortable spots to sit and read or eat. The pool was a great place to cool down and for the kids to play in. The location given on the Airbnb link wasn't completely right. If you follow directions to the campsite in the village, you will pass by the house on your left. All the rooms have their own bathroom and AC. The only downside was that there wasn't enough water for 2 people to shower at the same time. Nada and her husband really take good care of the house.

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

Place was beautiful with 3 large bedrooms which were all en-suite as well as a smaller first floor bedroom and there was a first floor bath as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the house has TVS in every room. My only very small complaint) and this might be a US vs Europe difference) is that after the first few rolls of toilet paper we had to go to store and buy our own. I would have thought TP was an essential and for the very large price we paid included in the house. Other than that it was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a modern, clean spacious house in the Pula area. And the pool was great too!!

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you'll need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening. For eating, we recommend the Punta Kriz,a bit behind the campsite ( when you come down the beach to the right),there you sit fantastically (reserve for the evening) Excursions:Hum( smallest city of the World,Medulin Airport Rundflug,Buzet Aura Distillerie, SanMauro in Momjan( best biscuit(Mistellör)👍🏻Essen
