Beautiful clean perfectly furnished place, I can definitely recommend

Margaret is a nice and friendly host! The house is very cool, looks just like the pictures. The scenery and the surroundings are breathtaking! Everything was clean and tidy. There was also extra wood for the fireplace, which was nice. I also really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful everything was. Breathtaking scenery and surroundings, even friendly wildlife around the house. Roudno is very small and friendly. I recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a nice and cozy getaway from everyday's stress and clutter. Thank you for the stay!

The place was very clean, close to everything. Near the playground. The owner was very kind and allowed early check-in.

A large house with a large garden on the edge of a quiet village - although by the road, there are not many cars or people walking. The house is beautifully tidy, clean, equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay (we especially appreciated the kitchen equipment and the washing machine, outdoor and indoor clothes dryer, nets in the windows). Inside, there are a few games, books, magazines, and toys for children. Outside, there is a small covered seating area, two sun loungers, a grill, a fire pit, the possibility of picking ripe fruits, herbs, sheep graze right behind the fence. Right in the village, a smaller playground for children and a pub open over the weekend. Close to interesting tourist destinations. The host was very kind, accommodating, wondering how we liked them and if everything was okay, they always responded quickly and there was no problem to agree on anything (and that we weren't exactly unpretentious guests this time;-)

The cottage with the land and the surrounding area is beautiful. Comfortably equipped even for the full capacity of the guests, we felt at home and we didn't miss anything. We used both sitting outside on a sunny day, as well as the indoor ones, when it rained and cooled a lot - both spaces are great. The children's play area and stream were also used:) In addition to the instructions, we also received a video of the drone's pass through the property and the cottage - a great idea and processing that made us have a clear idea of the place. We highly recommend this place!

This place is the best! I've stayed 3 times now and it's my favorite place in Olomouc.

Very good place to relax. There are many activities available on site, such as: grill, fire pit, pool, hot tub, sauna, football with goals, volleyball net, trampolines. Freshly built cottages, so it's still in very good condition and look the longest. All experiences except the sauna are included in the rental price. The Polish store (Dino and Lewiatan) are a few kilometers from the location. Extremely equipped kitchen, most dishes can be cooked. For teams who like to play until late in the evening: be very respectful of quiet hours or take care of the quiet time, or move the fun inside the cottage :) I consider the stay to be very successful, the price has been well matched to the amenities available on site. We'll be sure to recommend this place, and maybe we'll come back one day:)

It was an amazing stay! If you enjoy the nature this is perfect for you! Communication, arriving and getting the key from the keybox was uncomplicated. This little gem has everything you might need (e.g. a kitchen with a good amount of equipment, a good working shower, a nice little private "garden", WiFi that is working perfectly and so on). A forest is right there which is amazing for walks (with dogs). Thank you, for the great stay! :)
