The location is super well the breakfast at the super rich juices, the only thing is that the church is a block away from the chimes if they wake you up early, parking is more on the street

The space was better than the photos, I have to premiere the renovation of the loft. Hot water, air conditioning, Wifi, all the amenities working perfectly, the bed is very comfortable. Pepe is a warm person and with a sincere interest in making the stay ideal for his guests. The neighborhood is safe, and with a lot of restaurants in addition to a supermarket across the street. I recommend it at 100.

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

Great location! The apartment is in a perfect area, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, making it very easy to enjoy the local life. You can walk quietly around, everything is very accessible. Also, the apartment is nice, well decorated and very clean. Without question, a great option to stay!

Great small apartment close to the business center. The park is a 20 minute walk away. Shops, shopping centers are in 10-20 minutes from the house. I recommend it both for short and long term stays!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time. It is very walkable to the central area of the city but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The open air patio and kitchen area are so peaceful. The bathroom is beautiful and the bedroom is large and comfortable. The hosts even helped us with a place to store our bags while we waited for our afternoon flight. Definitely recommend this place!
