Beautiful apartment with incredible views of the mountains, the Alhambra and the Cathedral. Super comfortable, close to everything. Maria Claudia is very attentive and friendly, always attentive to our needs. Super recommended!

Zona calm, a little away from the center of Granada but easy to catch transportation until then. We chose this accommodation because we traveled by car and wanted an area with parking. It was not that easy to find parking, but with some persistence we did. Maybe because it was a weekend it was a bit more difficult. However our stay was great, the apartment is suitable for two people, with the essentials to spend a few days. It also has the bonus of having information about public transport and recommendations. Manuel was a great host, available and gave very clear instructions.

Gerardo met us on arrival and showed us around. He gave us helpful information to get to the main attractions. The apartment is maintained to a high standard, and comfortably accommodates 5 people. It is within easy walking distance to the historic part of Granada. Would definitely recommend it.

It was very clean and well-equipped with convenient tools. The room was a little cold, whether it was a problem with the heater, but it was resolved well because you supported the radiator.

Anastasia was a pleasure to receive us. The house was as pictured and very clean, and well stocked with what we needed. In particular, it was nice that the bathroom was spacious and the hot water came out well. Anastasia was very detailed with tourist guidance, and thanks to her, we were able to eat good food in a good restaurant and have a great trip. The transportation was convenient and located in the tourist center, so it was very convenient. If I come to Granada, I will come here again next time.

I’m only kicking myself that I did not reserve this for more nights. Super great accommodations. Exposed wood beams were very attractive and it was right in the center of the city.

Olty's place was perfectly located for us to explore the city. We could easily walk to restaurants and the main city attractions and a bus stop was nearby. It was great that the parking is included but it was down a narrow street so entering may be difficult in a larger car (make sure you enter from the Plaza not necessarily the way Google tells you). We were a group of three and had plenty of space and were very comfortable in the apartment. The bedding and towels were amazing. The only thing to note is that there is clear pannelling at the top of the bedroom walls, so light from the living room is visible. We would definitely return again.

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment, it matches the description and photos of the publication. We stayed 5 people as a family and were very comfortable. The building has an elevator, which makes the entrance to the apartment and the movement of the suitcases very accessible. The location is excellent very close to restaurants, squares and a few meters from the historic center and tourist spots. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Communication with Eduarda was always quick, accurate and cordial. I definitely recommend it and we would come back on an upcoming visit to Granada.

We went 12 friends to Granada for the weekend and the stay was great. we had 3 apartments on the same block for us. Javier was very helpful at all times and made sure everything was perfect when arriving at the place. i would definitely repeat and recommend staying here.

Was met by Ana Maria’s husband to check in and he was very friendly and helpful, even showing us where we could find a cheap, convenient parking garage for the car. Place was a good location for walking our dog nearby. Was about a 20 minute very pleasant walk to the old town. Very dog friendly they even provided bowls and a small dog bed. Apartment was cozy and quiet.

A good affordable place just south of the river

Lovely with the accommodation, the impeccable floor, the spacious spaces perfect for 4 people (in our case) equipped with towels, linens, personal hygiene products, and kitchen utensils. The heating in excellent condition. The perfect hot water. The very comfortable mattress of both rooms. Regarding the parking we liked it because it was in the same building although a little difficult the entrance due to the size of the same, but luckily we had a small car (kia Rio) I leave it here in the review for references of the next guests. But at the apartment I give them 10/10 in general. Thank you Manuel and Sonia

An exceptionally clean home with all necessary amenities and parking for our car. The location is a good walk from the nearby Plaza Larga which has excellent neighbourhood bars and restaurants, and quite a walk to the Alhambra. Please note that due to road closures on at least some nights that it can be hard to get a taxi to take you from the centre of the city back to the home.

Right in front of the stairs that lead to one of the most beautiful views of the Alhambra, this authentic 13th Century house was recently remodeled very well and with good taste. The beautiful patio is accessible both from the room and the dining room, and private Hammam is a once in a lifetime experience. The host are Albaicin natives and adorable. A romantic and authentic experience! Thank You.

Very nice, spacious, clean apartment. Convenient location. The presence of parking is just great, because it is extremely difficult to find parking in that area. Also the presence of a jacuzzi after a whole day of walking is just amazing. I recommend it.

Everything was perfect, we were more than happy! Luxurious apartment in the middle of the centre. Very spacious and well equiped. The host was flexible and helped us a lot - they responded very fast when we had a question.
