Loved our stay here!! Rebecca was an amazing hostess — easy to connect with, responsive, friendly, kind — and we loved everything about our houseboat. It was clearly decorated by ladies with good taste, it was clean, comfortable, and between the candles, the white noise machines, and the diffusers in the bedroom to the coffee station and the well-equipped kitchen, they thought of everything! The whole houseboat experience was just epic, too! Absolutely would recommend staying here, no questions asked. My only regret is not staying longer!

We had the best time in Bloomington, and Michael’s place was a great home base. We were there for a concert at The Palace, and we were able to walk there! We really enjoyed Bloomington’s Main Street shopping and food. Michael’s was clean, cozy, and met or exceeded all my expectations.

We were in town for a few days for some high school baseball games and to visit ISU and Bradley. Even though we were gone most of the day, it was SO nice coming back to Annabelle's in the evenings to unwind and relax. It's a beautiful cottage on the water that was clean, roomy, and full of amenities. Annabelle was friendly and accommodating even though nothing went wrong and everything in the cottage was better than described. The area was quiet and the view was INCREDIBLE. Even saw a bald and golden eagle outside in the early morning hours (and found binoculars too).

We've stayed at a few of Amy's houses in the Bloomington/Normal area and have always had a great experience. The homes are a little more upscale, but reasonably priced and always clean and fully stocked. Amy is always available for any questions, and we'll definitely be back as we continue to work in Illinois!

Day Tripper was perfect for our surprise birthday visit and getaway for my daughter who lives in Peoria. Her sister flew from Sarasota, FL and I from Charlotte, NC for her 50th birthday. We talked and talked…hardly left the place!! Loved it! Jim and Rebecca have definitely made their mark on Airbnb’s in The Heights.

My 3 friends & I stayed here one night to go to an event at Castle Theatre. The place was super clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here!! Greg had good communication with us throughout the stay as well. Overall 10/10!!

Jason’s home was beautiful, cozy, right on the water & perfect for our family of 8! Communicating with him beforehand was seamless as he responds very quickly and is very accommodating. The home is very spacious, we had plenty of towels and we enjoyed the game room in the basement! 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again!

Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.

I really enjoyed myself. The staff was wonderful. I will go back again but next time I will get a full size cabin but I got what I booked and it was great. Robert was a great host. I had contacted him several times in the months up before our check in date. He always responded quickly. The house was perfect for my wife and I and we had no issues with anything at the house. Robert had purchased a new ice marker machine. I contacted him about me going ahead opening up the box. He said it was ok (what he really said was anything in the house I could use). The ice maker was great and was a great addition to have. I wish all ABNB had them. There is not a thing I would have asked for or needed. It was a great stay!!
