What a great place! They have thought of everything for this condo; very comfortable to stay; everything you need for a week stay or much longer. Very clean, very well decorated, and very well built condo and building. Nice upper corner unit and beautiful views. So, so many local restaurants and shops; everything is close. Great comfortable bed, can't say enough good things!

Ricardo is a very pro-active and positive person. He helps in all situations. The accomodation is as on the photos. The location is in the north of Merida south of the ring road. Wallmart, Shopping, etc is easy to reach with Uber.

The super beautiful house with a spectacular location. Very quiet area for family days. The super attentive host at all times, the house is clean, as well as the rooms and bedding. The internet services and hot water super good. We had a super nice week. Highly recommended.

La Casa Estela was exactly what we were expecting and a great home base for exploring Progreso. The backward was a highlight of the property and the house was clearly well taken care of and equipped (except for a couple small items like basic cooking ingredients). We spent a great new years here with the friendly neighbors and would definitely stay again.

Mario is a super attentive host who immediately answers all questions and is on the lookout for guests at all times, from the reservation to the day of departure. The house is really nice, the bedrooms are very comfortable, it is an ideal place to spend a few quiet days but at the same time it is located near many points of interest so, if you have a car it is very easy to make excursions from there to many nearby areas that are also amazing. Highly recommended to stay at Casa Coco and Miel :)

The place is perfect for a family! The fence makes it perfect for people with pets or children. A very safe place. The owners are always attentive and very nice. The house is close to the beach and perfect for walking and enjoying the fresh air.

We stayed for a whole month at Oswaldo's house and we had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need, it's location is spectacular, you do have neighbors but have a lot of privacy. The house is as described and Oswaldo answered all of our concerns and questions promptly. The pool is wonderful, the property is beachfront and the house itself is huge, we slept 5 people and 2 doggies with great confort. The AC works well, all bathrooms work well, the kitchen is big and well equipped, and we loved having the extra freezer. We spent most of out time outside in the terrace. Important tips: * you definitely need a car * for stays longer that 2 weeks we recommend bringing extra towels and sheets for the beds. * consider doing laundry at one of the lavanderías in town. * consider that the internet and power do go out occasionally, it is not Oswaldo's fault, it's just a thing with Yucatán. * consider bringing your own hammocks All in all a great stay for our family.
