Holiday rentals with lake access in Youghiogheny River

Great location - walking distance from Wisp for skiing and tubing (though not easy with gear) and a short drive to the grocery store. This was our second stay at this property and we love how family friendly it is - the kids love the game room and climbing wall and it’s a good setup for multiple families.

Steve’s place was awesome! We do an annual deep creek trip every year with a few other couples and try new places each time. This place was the biggest we’ve stayed at, and was easily the best location! It was near the grocery stores and bars/restaurants. We went when it was very snowy, but was still easy to access. The rooms were spacious, and clean. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was also a huge plus. Basement was massive, lots of games etc. Didn’t get to use the outside as much as we’d like due to the temps and wind, but finally was warming up a bit on the last day. Hot tub was clean, and maintained. Overall, great experience!

Great location. All Needed items. Was informed prior to going to bring extra towels for the hot tub and that was nice to know in advance. We got a foot of snow the day after we arrived and there were two snow shovels for our use and we needed both of them. Will hope to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay. The place is just what we needed, everyone had their own room with space. We loved the kitchen and the dinning room area for our big breakfasts and dinners we had. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed for cooking which is super nice. The views from each level were simply beautiful. The location was perfect. We went out to Honi Honi which was a 5 minute Uber. I was concerned about being right off the highway but once you were inside the noise was fine. The check in and check out process was super easy. We didn’t need to communicate with Hima a ton, but when we did she was super responsive.

This was a fantastic stay! Numerous amenities and a wonderful getaway for a weekend with friends. The house was in beautiful condition, very clean, and Rick gave very helpful instructions and was highly responsive. Wonderful home!

Beautiful setting. Spacious home. We were short a sheet and comforter, Nicole responded and was at the house in under 10 minutes.

This place was great! It was very well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for our group of eight. The view from the second story deck was one of the best in town.

To start off the house was gorgeous and very cozy, it was easy to navigate the house in the neighborhood and the neighbors were very helpful and friendly when our cars got stuck in the snow. The house itself self is fully stocked when it coming to cooking or hosting small dinner events. And the view of the lake its self is very beautiful. It was very easy to reach and communicate to David when we needed help and this is a great place to spend some quality family time.

Jack was a great host and the place is super cozy and gorgeous! Love it!

Had a wonderful stay at this spotless apartment with a lovely view of the confluence of rivers. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed, from the well-supplied kitchen to the comfortable living room, spacious dining room and luxurious bedroom suite with its own deck door. We had breakfast and coffee on the huge deck while enjoying ducks and boats on the water. Heard trains but slept fine. Being able to lock our bicycles in designated storage was a huge plus, as was the convenience of having bikes right outside the door for a beautiful ride on the treelined Great Allegheny Passage trail to OhioPyle in the state park 10 miles away. A fawn nibbled berries as we arrived for an incredible dinner at the Riversedge Cafe, a short walk from the apartment. The Confluence Convenience mart was open when we needed supplies on a Monday evening. And so glad we stopped at the nearby Tissue Farm for Chai, scone and art on our way out to Kentuck Knob - a must-see!

A great space for a family to spend a few days skiing. A short walk from the slopes, good sized and well-equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms (the bunk beds are bigger than they seem in the pictures). The fireplace makes for a nice cozy space at night!

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. Thank you, Diana!

We had a wonderful stay for our family ski weekend. Emily was responsive and helpful. Cannot beat the short walk to the slopes. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic Airbnb for pets especially—you have two doors which lead directly outside, which was particularly useful for us as our newly adopted dog is still shy using the bathroom in unfamiliar places and we had to go in and out several times. The place was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked, very comfortable bed as well. The only negative was extraneous sound, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper or have pets who are sensitive to that. Trains go by on the railroad fairly often, and the owners live in the house upstairs so we occasionally heard their dog running around. Overall though, definitely worth the price, and is very nice if you need an Airbnb closer out to the airport or RMU.

This was a great little place near Cal U's campus. The house was clean and ready and the host was very responsive, both prior to arrival and during our stay. I would recommend to anyone staying in town.

The stay was great! Everything was very easy and exactly as described. Would go again!

It was an amazing weekend in this home. The kitchen, bathroom and linen closet were well stocked and we didn’t run out of anything. The house is right on the water and provided hours of free entertainment. The house contained cable, plenty of DVDs/Bluray movies, board games, and sitting space. Wisp is seconds away by car and minutes by walking. Host was responsive and understanding, even after I lost the house keys.

Lovely cabin in a quiet, wooded, private neighborhood. We chose to drive to the community beach and park there (instead of walking due the steep hills) and spent hours letting the kids play and swim while we took turns stand up paddling. Takes 20-25 mins to drive to most restaurants and activities, but the scenery is gorgeous and there isn’t much traffic. We were grateful for the comfy beds and couches to rest upon after a long day of activities.

Duffey and Angela’s cabin was 10/10 I would highly recommend staying here!! We spontaneously booked it the night before and the entire process start to finish was seamless!! They were extremely communicative and flexible with us, we hope to stay here again!!

We had an amazing trip staying here! The pond was so nice to look out at - and the wood stove was so cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

DockHoliday is a happy little place tucked between state parks. We enjoyed staying here for three nights. The house was suitable for our party, 4 adults and 3 small children. The amenities in the house were adequate to meet our needs. Keurig Coffee Maker, functioning Washer/Dryer, Foosball Table, and full size fridge to hold our groceries made our stay comfortable. Know that this house is on a two-lane road that serves as a main road around this western portion of Deep Creek Lake. The traffic isn’t constant, but the noise of passing cars and trucks can be disruptive to those seeking a vacation home that brings them closer to nature. Also, the living space in the house isn’t large, so noise travels easily. May be a problem for noise-sensitive people in your party. If sleeping in the master bedroom on the main level, I recommend bringing a white-noise machine to mask the noises of footsteps on the second level. We came to see the Lake and State Parks and this house was a nice base.

Enjoyed our stay at Lois Lane. The property is beautiful with a creek and pond on the property.

Great location and convenient! Michael stayed in communication and was very responsive. The place accommodated us and our pets. We truly appreciate being able to bring our dogs. Michael’s home also had lots of games available which was nice. Beautiful view!

Phillip's cabin was wonderful. It was in a beautiful location, had easy access to Wisp resort (about 5 minutes driving), and was exactly as described in the description. Communication was smooth and we did not have any issues during our stay.
