Waterfront holiday rentals in York County

My husband and I enjoyed our Valentine’s weekend getaway staying at Alex’s apartment. The apartment was cozy and looked exactly like the listing, including the beautiful view of the Piscatugua River and the Tugboats! Alex and the team were very attentive and helpful to us with suggestions and checked in on us during the snow storm. We enjoyed walking around this quaint town and went to a Saturday night concert at the Music Hall. This was our first visit to Portsmouth N.H. and even though the weather limited what we could see, it will leave more to do and see for our next trip. Thank you Alex and the Port City Stays team for giving us a quiet and restful weekend we really needed. Hope to see you again in our future visits to Portsmouth N.H. We had an amazing stay at Adilah’s location. Beautiful views from the house. Everything was close enough either to have a nice long walk or to Uber. Her place was just as described and we felt very welcome! Amazing location for a group or family vacation.

My family had a great a stay at this Air B&B! Peaceful, scenic, and clean. This was exactly what we were looking for and more.

This was a very comfortable place to come back to after long days out and exactly as described. There were many thoughtful touches such as snacks, bubble waters and "in case you forgot" items, as well as a hand written welcome note from co-host Lisa. It was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood easily walkable to the many bars, restaurants and shops in the old Port area. would love to stay here again!

Michael’s house was a perfect place for our Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. The house was immaculate. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The bed was firm and comfortable. The upstairs sitting area overlooked the water and was a great place for us to sit, talk, and enjoy a glass of wine. The living room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The beach and neighborhood are beautiful and private. The host was extremely responsive and amicable. Communication was consistent and proactive. We look forward to coming back in the warmer months to enjoy Fortunes Rocks Beach again!

Meghan’s house was the perfect place for our girls weekend! Meghan was great at communicating and even came and shoveled us out in the morning when we got snow over night! Couldn’t have had a better stay!

Our family felt right at home! Such a beautiful family home in a lovely community and scenic setting. We had more than we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

We loved it! Lots of space for 7 of us, plenty of bathrooms, plus space to put together a jigsaw puzzle, watch the football game, sit down and eat, or work if you have to - all at the same time!! In other words, lots of common areas to spread out in. Being right on the beach was wonderful. And downtown is about a mile stroll, so you can eat too much at the little crepe place and walk it off on the way home. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. Beautiful home and Rives made it very easy to enjoy it.

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!

I booked wendy's place for the wife and I's honeymoon and it was perfect, was nice and cozy and the view of the ocean was amazing. Also being so close to so many attractions gave us plenty of things to do and memories to make.
