Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Yongsan District

We have a great time! The house is very spacious and we feel at home, super comfy. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Not an issue with big luggage because it is semi basement, just about 3 steps of stairs down. We felt very safe here. The heater in the house works very well during this winter! The distance to Ujangsan Station (subway) is about less than 10 min walk and there are lot of shops along the way e.g. coffee shop, bakery, restaurant, supermarket, GS25, and Olive Young is just across the main road. However, for Muslim traveller, no halal food nearby, but supermarket is available for groceries shopping for cooking at home. Netflix and youtube are available too! Iron is available. The distance to Myeondong around 40 min but there are lots of stops in between to enjoy. The host was very responsive & helpful. We are trully appreciate the help to book a minivan for us during the check out as there was a public holiday & quite difficult to make our own booking for big car. Thanks!

The location of public transportation access, accommodation convenience, and cleanliness are all satisfactory spaces. In particular, the host keeps the space delicately as it is in a Seoul home where you can soak up the sensibility of the '80s. I'm sure it's a place to stay.

Wonderful place, super clean and aesthetic inside with very clear instructions by the hosts. The outside was very nice as well, with many cafes, restaurants and even Hongdae street being very close. Super close to everything and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed well at a relatively low price. I had everything I needed, and I enjoyed it comfortably before heading out. I had a friend who smoked, so I used it comfortably on the terrace, and I used the karaoke room well. The room is big for a party, it's good for laughing and talking loudly with friends, and I think it's also good value for money. Unfortunately, the weather on the same day was -13 degrees, so the boiler didn't turn on well, so the floor was cold, but I spent it well with a heater and a heater. If it wasn't for the weather, I'd like to visit again in the summer or when it's cool. If you want to have a place, value for money, and a barbecue, I'd recommend it.

The apartment was very spacious and the host was very responsive. He responded very quickly to our needs and helped us to book a van to the airport. The apartment was up on a hill which could be difficult for some people to climb up as it was relatively steep. The train station was quite close by, about 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

First of all, it was so nice to be able to bring a large dog. It wasn't fenced in, so I couldn't release it, but it wasn't hard to come with me. Most of all, I had so much fun in the view right in front of the accommodation!!

It was the best! I went to play with 6 people for 1 night and 2 days, and there was badminton, fire pit, and barbecue, and there was even a karaoke facility, so I had fun!! It was even more fun because the host took care of me as if I was indifferent. There were so many different types of😍 board games, so I played around.I'm 200% willing to revisit!!!! The accommodation was beautiful and private, so I had a comfortable stay ~ ~ I made beautiful and precious memories. ❤️❤️

* If you want a fire pit, I highly recommend it. * The host responded kindly and quickly, so there was no inconvenience during my stay. I was satisfied with the minimalist and tidy accommodation, and in particular, various seasonings were arranged, so it was good for cooking. It was even better to be able to enjoy the fire pit by the fire pit for 2 hours and 45 minutes with an additional 10,000 won. There are also several facilities such as outdoor tables, barbecue grills, stoves, hammocks, and rocking chairs, so you can relax even if many people come. When I get a chance, I definitely want to visit again.

I think the emotional accommodation, various services, milk and owner will all be good memories!! I will visit again in the summer ~ Thank you😊😊

The valley water was flowing in front, so it was nice to be able to heal while listening to the sound of the water, and the room was so clean, and as soon as I went in, it smelled good, so I felt good ~ ~ There was a place where you could eat meat separately, and there was a spot where you could feel the camping feeling, so it was so nice ~:) I was able to emotionalize the fire pit after the barbecue, so I had a good time with my friends. There was also a smart TV, so I added a beer while watching Netflix with my friends after the fire. It was fun ~ They responded kindly and quickly, and the response was good. I think I'll come again next time I have a chance ~:) Thank you for a great place to stay ~!

It was difficult to find the location at first. It was quiet because it was in the mountains, and it was great for families to enjoy comfortably. The road to the entrance was steep, so it was inconvenient to go out often. Maybe it's because the bedding is summer, but the thin one and the pillows are wooden? It was uncomfortable because there was only the same thing! If you're sensitive to bedding, take it separately!

Gaya went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant! He helped us arrange transportation to and from the property. We also loved the Korean cell phone that was provided for us to use during our stay, and Gaya himself came to the property at check-in to show us around and give us the best local recommendations. We really enjoyed all the special touches, like the breakfast, teas and coffee, bathroom amenities, and so much more! Do note that it is a steep incline to reach the front of the home, so we do not recommend it for those with physical difficulties. However, we loved how quiet and secluded it felt! We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property!

It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

The owner is very proactive to help, the location is close to Hongdae, about 8-10 minutes, in addition, the water throat must be on due to the winter relationship, so the heater runs, the water throat does not freeze, but when the washroom water is on, it will drip to the surrounding water, so the restroom is frozen and specially wet, and the hot water is not very stable.

This is a revisit. The host is always kind and responds quickly. The location is great!

Staying at John's place for a month felt like a great combination of a guesthouse and my own little place. Loved the little terrace, the room had everything you might need, great transport connections to most places in Seoul, perfect if you are interested in exploring Hongdae. John is also a very welcoming and friendly person who likes to help people who are unfamiliar with Korea with tips and advice on getting around, where to go, what to eat etc. The house has already seen some times, but it is clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you, John!

I was impressed by your thoughtfulness and prompt communication. Whenever I had a question, I was very grateful for the quick reply. The accommodation was located in the best location, so it was very easy to get around. The surroundings were quiet and cozy, so I was able to have a comfortable rest. Especially at night, it was nice to be able to rest well without noise. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, and it was a great place that I would like to use again next time. We confidently recommend it to other guests.

sooyaa was such a nice host! she was kind and patient. we needed to use the washing machine, she came just to help us hook up the hose. the house was very functional and there were enough rooms and toilets for 7 of us. the house was comfortable and warm even in the cold cold winter.

Metro is within walking distance!There are supermarkets, supermarkets just outside the accommodation, within Hongdae area, the location is good and easy to go anywhere! The room has a lot of space, three 28-30 "suitcases can all be opened, and there's room to walk! The host was very quick to respond to messages and all questions were answered right away! It's also possible to order delivery on your behalf!
