Condo holiday rentals in Yeroskipou

We stayed in Jane appartment for a week off-season in march. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the possible amenities, including even beach equipment for guest use. Just downstairs it’s big swimming pool. Everything there is thoughtfully prepared, each room has air conditioning. We spend such a nice time there and everyday we had breakfast in the balkony with the stunning sea view! Its perfect place just to read books and play piano :) There is workplace available as well. Jane is amazing host, she is always responing to messages and helped as a lot.

Stella’s place is a lovely, spacious holiday apartment in a really brilliant location. Only 5 minutes walk to the strip with restaurants and shops, an easy 10 minute walk to a big supermarket, and literally across the road to a lovely beach. There is also a fantastic pool at the property. Stella couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, and is a very generous and warm host. We were a bit worried about the distance from Paphos centre, but the bus service is excellent and reasonably priced. We booked on a couple of day trips, and were picked up very close to Stella’s house.

The apartment is clean and quiet. There is everything you need for your holiday. Very comfortable mattress, strong WiFi, equiped kitchen. The terrace is awesome. There is many parking places around. I was satisfied

I would be happy to recommend you to stay at Nicos’ flat as my experience was amazing. The flat was clean and fully prepared, Nicos gave all the instructions, shared recommended places and was helpful during my staying and questions. The location is great! 20 minutes to the old town or to the sea. The grocery and the shopping mall just nearby the flat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tina's apartment! Tina is a friendly & welcoming host and we were very comfortable in the apartment. Location is perfect with supermarket, bakery & local restaurants in walking-distance. The town is quiet & peaceful, a perfect base for exploring the area. We would happily return next time we visit Cyprus!

I had a really lovely 9 nights stay at Cath & Ste's apartment in Peyia Paradise. It was comfortable and so very well equipped. Loads of crockery, utensils and some handy condiments etc. The terrace has sun from morning to evening and it's a fabulous size. Views from it are great, including some stunning sunsets. There's a table with 4 chairs, umbrella for shade if needed, a lounger and some nice lightweight sunbeds which are easy to take to the pool and back. There's even a bbq too. Cath & Ste were very responsive to any questions I had, also going out of their way to message me to let me know when the internet in the area went down for a while one morning. I definitely recommend having a car for your stay here. I'd have been a bit stuck without my rental! A really great apartment with equally great hosts. Thank you ! 😊

I booked this apartment for a colleague to stay in for a short trip to the area. It was easy to book and Mike communicated well and was friendly. He was flexible with the check in -my colleague arrived a lot later to the area than planned as his hosts took him for a meal and he was unable to communicate directly with Mike to let him know. But all was well in the end. Thank you.

great place and great hostess, very helpful, gave us lots of advice. if you rent a car, the parking is in a gated community so you don't have to worry about damages

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

Very nice experience in this comfortable accommodation, true to photos and perfectly maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful, yet close to amenities. What really made the difference was the valuable help from the host as soon as we arrived: he accompanied us to find a rental car, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay and explore Cyprus in complete freedom. Thank you so much for your availability and kindness. I would recommend it in a second!

Just right for my purposes - close to the village amenities, hired a car for getting out and about, communal pool and bbq area was spotless , comfortable apartment with great verandah for morning coffee, great value for money . Will stay again.

The apartment is in a quiet location and is a good base to explore the surrounding area - I'd say a car is essential. Everything required for a home-from-home break is available, though a cafetiere or similar would be a personal preference to kickstart the day - but that's just me! Guide booklet provides details of local amenities for those unfamiliar with the area. The owners are excellent communicators, even providing pre-visit videos of the exact location and a few other essentials.

Everything is as described, simple and clear instructions from the host. All appliances are in working order, rooms are clean. Beautiful garden, sea view and surrounding area. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable for 4 adults. There are indeed some cats in the garden, but we didn't mind. I recommend it!

Very comfortable stay, great to have access to a kitchen, as well as the option for breakfast buffet and pool access at Droushia Heights right beside the apartments. Only 15 minutes to Latchi, it made it so that my short stay contained both mountain and beach beauty all together. Would recommend!

I booked this apartment for my parents as the original place we booked was nothing like the advert. Natalia was fantastic. It was great to know they were in safe hands. She was very responsive. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything they could need. They especially enjoyed the large balcony and how close they were to everything! Great, comfortable and homely flat, with a superb balcony. Claire was very responsive and attentive to any issues and very kind with the check out time. Only thing is bathroom/shower is a bit outdated but everything else was 10/10 and good VFM. Would recommend

We absolutely loved this place! Everything was so clean and thoughtfully prepared. The bed and duvets were incredibly comfortable, and the apartment had everything needed for cooking. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning. Just perfect!!!

Andy gave us very detail directions and checkin instructions. Appartement was clean. It has decent view from the terrace where we enjoyend our breakfast. We had wonderfull vacation

Just came back from a great weekend at Kevin’s place. Everything looked like the pictures (in fact, better!). Spotless, comfortable and quiet. Kevin was very helpful and had great, quick communication and even gave us some really good local recommendations. Couldn’t fault the Air BnB itself - you do have access to the hotel next door facilities like the pool/spa/gym which was a bonus, however it did need some maintenance done. The pool had broken tiles that were floating in the water and paint peeling off, but this was the hotel’s fault and had nothing to do with Kevin and his place. I’d strongly recommend this place for the value for money, comfort and location. If we were to come back to Paphos, we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!
