Apartment holiday rentals in Yelapa Beach

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

We just finished a 2 week stay here and had a great visit. The apartment is in a super location, which we loved. Very clean and spacious, exactly as advertized

Amazing location & super easy to find. Very close walking distance to city center. Only downside is that the construction on the weekdays around there sounds so loud. Other than that If you plan waking up at 8 am you’re good! ☺️

I had to come to Isidro's after not being able to deal with traffic noise at my prior location. He advised to read the reviews, and I told him I did, and I felt it would be just fine. Which it was. You are definitely in the middle of some action here, and it was fun to sit on the balcony and see the street life down below. There is some music from the clubs as to be expected but it is reasonably contained and not intolerable. There was a giant 50 L bottle of water but no dispenser for it, and one was delivered but not of the type i was expecting. it also needed to be USB charged and i didnt have the right cable. but a manual solution was found and not a big deal. the rooftop has great potential, its very pretty, but would be so much more awesome if pool was more hot tub than splash pool. shower + hot water were good. basic amenities were all provided. yes on top/4th floor but the workout matters too :) overall i thought this was a great deal and would 100% recommend.

The place is very nice, just as in the pictures. Everything is a few blocks walk, including the beach. The host was always attentive.

We've stayed there for 6 years and just love everything about it. Great friendly neighborhood and easy to walk to places. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

My time at Francisco's place was quite good. Francisco helped with anything requested and was very quick to respond to queries or issues concerning the property. Like others noted, it is located on a steep hill, but this is great for exercise! The location is ideal if you want to walk to the Romantic zone or just around 5 de diciembre. Francisco's hospitality will make you want to return to Puerto Vallarta.

everything is very clean, very safe area Hector and his family are very friendly. 5 minutes walking and you are at the airport.

Giovanny made our stay absolutely amazing. He was super responsive and helpful during our check-in and check-out. The Airbnb is located in a prime location that is walkable (though the stairs are a killer on the legs when climbing back up) and we were able to navigate the neighborhood easily. The room and everything else were spotless thanks to Diana! Such a great stay!!

The place looks even better in person than pictures listed. Great location, 3 min walk to beach, 5 min to main square but still far enough you didn’t hear all the noise. Super comfortable bed with extra linens. Kitchen fully equipped with fresh drinking water. Lots of parking. Would stay again. Steal for the price.

We can’t say enough about our stay in Boca. Cherry and Nick have a little piece of paradise. We enjoyed wonderful food and company on the shared patio and grill. Their recommendations to local food were a true delicious Mexican experience. The village has many offerings. All reasonable and delicious. The natural beauty of the hike to Las Animas beach was stunning. This location is a perfect spot to explore so many things. The local bus into PV is easy to use, cheap and only about a 30 min ride along the coast. An adventure in its self. We can’t wait to return. Thank you to Cherry and Nick for your wonderful hospitality.

My stay at the appartement was lovely! It’s in the heart of the zona romantica. There’s a lot of good restaurant and bunch of options to go out at night, only few minutes from the appartement. The appartement is situated on a small hill and at the 3rd floor but it’s wasn’t an inconvenience. Luis is a good host and flexible. I definitely would keep this apartment as an option for another trip to Puerto Vallarta.

What an amazing holiday! The condo was perfect! The location in Versailles area the best. We watched sea turtle laying its eggs on beach right in front of the condo,watched mama and baby whales breaching while in the pool , sunset watching from our balcony unbelievable then the fireworks later in evening. Pools sparkling clean lots of poolside chairs.we are booking again already and our in law came for a day visit and booked a month in 2026. Can’t say enough nice things about our hosts or you will think I’m related and not! The best vacation out of 18 stays we have done in Mexico. Thank you so much Patricia and Larry 😘

Ayman’s place was amazing! Firstly I loved the location. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. It was also minutes away from the beach and zona romántica. The place itself was very clean and was also more than enough room for me and my other guest. I love the modern finishes inside and that it also included a washer and dryer among other appliances. It also felt very safe as well as the rest of Puerto Vallarta. Thank you Ayman for an amazing stay we will definitely be back!

Just was extremely responsive. Place was just perfect. Next to a grocery store. Easy 20 minute bus ride to downtown or a quick Uber ride. Ubers available within 3 min. Super clean. Great view of bay and cruise ships. Rooftop pool. Security 24/7. Building very clean. Nothing bad to say about this place except that we would have liked to stay longer had we had the time. Thanks

Grab your swim suit, sandals and book this place! We stayed here over the holidays and our trip was amazing! The amenities are great. The condo and property is larger than what it looks like in the photos. Great location! We paid extra for a later check out which was worth it. We really liked using the gym, 4 or 5 pools and 4 or 5 hot tubs. The host responded immediately for anything we needed.

Beautiful place, excellent location, good value. Walkable to just about everything. There is major construction happening behind the unit-but it didn’t bother us too much. It is a decent amount of noise but only during daylight hours. Alfredo met us in person for check in and was very helpful. Would book again.
