A quaint and compact character cottage in the heart of Ventnor. No outstanding views but close to amenties with long term parking nearby. The seafront, beach and stunning clifftop walks are nearby. The living room is quite small but the bedroom is huge, the main feature being the fabuous bath in the centre. There are no doors between the living area and bedroom but a stairgate stopped our dog coming upstairs. The cottage had everything we could need for a short stay and was very good value for money. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for our weekend break in Southsea. The house had plenty of living space, was clean and a short taxi from central Southsea and Portsmouth. Tilly was a responsive and helpful host.

Emma has been lovely and helpful from the start always replies very quickly. The caravan was lovely and well kept with provided with so much inside. We didn’t have to bring anything with us as Emma provided us with everything. It really be felt like home from home and is situated on a beautifully well kept site which is very peaceful and close to to other villages Highly recommend Emma

Well equipped and beautifully presented cottage, superb location to explore Chichester but well positioned to avoid town centre traffic if you want to head out elsewhere. Really enjoyed our stay, excellent value.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

We had a wonderful weekend break. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. It was lovely to sit outside in our seating area in the sun. Our dog loved the meadow which was secure. The lodge is located off a quiet road and close to some lovely places to visit. We particularly enjoyed our visit to West Wittering beach, which was absolutely beautiful! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning !! Tucked away and so private . Everything just worked so well for our family of 12 . The layout of the house and garden were perfect ! You literally are in the middle of the forest surrounded by wildlife and nature . It was hard to leave the house but our recommendation for a family day out would be Moors Valley Country Park . Katie thank you ! And please let us come back next year !!!

A fantastic stay at Samantha's beautiful place. The home was very clean and beds super comfortable. All of the little touches in the home made our stay so pleasant. Samantha was incredibly inviting with so much information. I would love to stay again, thank you so much we enjoyed staying so much.

We had a big family gathering for the weekend. The house was fantastic and we'd love to return in warmer weather to be able to use the swimming pool. The house was plenty big enough for our group...12 adults a toddler and a baby plus dog. The facilities were great. Our group especially loved the tennis court, snooker table and football table.

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We booked this for 3 nights for a last minute break in the Easter Holidays. It was a lovely space for a family of 4 with everything we needed. The holiday park itself is very clean with plenty to do. You will need to pay for a pass to use the facilities (including the restaurant) which worked out £100 for a family of 4. The indoor swimming pool got very busy, however, I think this was because the outdoor pool wasn't open yet and it was a bit chilly for the beach - so I imagine that during the summer people spread out a bit more! We booked the The Beachcomber restaurant for our first evening. The food was ok but it was a fun place to eat as a little robot brings your food over. Overall, we had a lovely break and we would probably return in the future.

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

Spacious, well-equipped accommodation in a quiet location. Communicative, friendly host. Highly recommended.

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. Thank you for having us!

A perfect place to stay within the new forest. The property is perfect for us as a family of four plus dog. We travelled to Southampton, Ringwood and Boscombe, which are all close by. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely book again when we head back that way. The property has a lovely patio to enjoy a drink and sit out in the evening, taking in all the beauty of the area.

Had the most peaceful & relaxing stay at The Hideaway. Chocolate brownies & fresh milk on arrival was very much appreciated. Cottage is cosy, clean, well presented & well equipped with towels, hairdryer, extra bedding etc. Loved the peacefulness of the cottage. We arrived slightly earlier than expected & Rebecca was kind enough to let us check in. Also had some great food recommendations from Al. Recommend Milford on Sea & Barton on Sea for stunning coastal views. We will be back. Thanks for a great break!

Really lovely house. Deceptively spacious and perfect for 8 of us for a long weekend. There was everything there that you'd need. The hot tub and table tennis were a great feature too. Most importantly, it was spotless. I'd love to know what washing stuff they use because the bedding and towels smelled lovely! The kids are already trying to plan another trip. The apartment was quite and the check in was made easy with a video. The place was lovely with a terrace with table and chairs to sit in. It was about a 15 minute walk into town . But is a nice walk by the sea . I would recommended it. The owners wife was very helpful with taking my suitcase down the outside stairs

We had a wonderful stay at James' place. It's such a peaceful haven, tucked away down a country track, with beautiful red squirrels everywhere. James couldn't have been a better host, he gave very clear directions and greeted us on arrival. The accommodation itself was absolutely spot on, small but perfectly formed. It was super well equipped, homely, and with so many thoughtful touches, like toiletries in the bathroom, a selection of teas, milk, and even some breakfast cereal. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend to others looking for somewhere for a peaceful break and a base from which to explore the beautiful island.

We have just had a lovely stay at the caravan. The area is so peaceful and rural down a long track and there are sheep, cows and chickens which are lovely to see out the window. Nice little garden area for our dog and the caravan itself was very spacious and clean. Debbie was so nice and helpful with check in times etc and she checked in to see if all was ok during our stay. We would love to come back to explore more of the island! Thank you Debbie.

From the photos I was confident it would be a lovely place to stay, but they didn’t do the Old Chapel justice. It’s spacious and very tastefully decorated. A lovely base for our mini break.

Our second stay at Anna’s wonderful cottage. Perfect place to take our new puppy as the garden is completely enclosed and he was unable to escape. The cottage is cosy and peaceful and Anna is unobtrusive but available if needed.
