Holiday rentals with a patio in Yarmouth County

Great apartment right near Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor! Connor was a great host (very communicative and always responds promptly). This two-bedroom had all of the necessities for a multi-day stay in the area.

I loved my stay at Patrick's place in Bar Harbor. I've always wanted to explore Acadia in the winter and ski on the carriage roads. Everything was exactly as advertised on Air BnB so no surprises, which is always good. It's an excellent location with easy access to the park and walkable to downtown. I hope I get the opportunity to return someday! Thanks Patrick!

We booked to stay in Shelburne over Christmas as our daughter is doing an internship there .We were very pleased with accommodations , very modern and clean . Jerry was very responsive to all communication . I would highly recommend staying here and certainly will book again for our next visit .

Overall the unit was amazing and there were lots of places nearby! The unit had all the amenities that were listed and the host was nice and helpful! The only issues we had were that dishes were mostly dirty (not the hosts fault, he makes it aware when you leave that guests are responsible for them and the guest before us left most of the dishes dirty or greasy). Also a heads up the unit is very creaky (which was not a problem just wanna give a heads up!) Lots of space inside and comfy beds.

The location is perfect for Bar Harbor. Walkable to everything like restaurants, shopping, the Sand Bar and the waterfront. Dani was quick to respond and the description was just what we expected.

This lovely apartment directly overlooking the park in downtown Bar Harbor was the perfect place for our family. With grandparents, parents, two small children, and a chihuahua, we had room to spread out, sleep comfortably, walk to the beach and the park, shop, and eat wonderful food and ice cream. I would want others to know that the stairs up to the apartment are steep, a tiny bit tricky for the senior with bad knees and the toddlers with short legs. The apartment has a Smart TV, which wasn't really watchable for us. If they had cable it would have been just perfect! Overall, this place was in a dream location and afforded all of us a chance to relax and enjoy the gorgeous fall weekend in Maine.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Ann was super easy to communicate with before and during our stay. As others have noted, while the distance to the Bar Harbor business district is technically walkable, the roads have no shoulders, sidewalks, or street lights so walking after dark would not be a good idea. That said, we had no problem with finding parking (in mid/late October).

We love this spot! Quiet, clean, convenient and comfortable. We’ve stayed here a few times while in the Yarmouth area. First thing we do when planning a trip is to see if Frank has vacancies. Big fans.

Otter Cliff House was perfect!! Everything we could possibly have needed was available. Location was great! If peace and quiet and nature are on your list then this is the perfect spot. Drive to town is easy. Very nice place, check in and out super easy! Sherri was quick to respond to questions we asked about local restaurants and things of this nature. Great host, great house, great location! This is a very private house that is not far from town, only 20 minutes from the ferry. The house is clean, well appointed and spacious. It’s right on the water which gives hours of enjoyable relaxing both day and night. Speaking of night, you haven’t seen a night sky like this, it’s really amazing! This home was the perfect temporary home base for me and my family as we explored southern Nova Scotia. The host is excellent at communicating clearly. My family of 4 was more than comfortable during our stay here. We’d definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

We were looking for a peaceful place to stay for a few days on the Maine Coast this fall. This home was perfect. We were very comfortable from the minute we arrived. We especially enjoyed the deer and turkeys in the back yard every day. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay near a working harbor and a short drive to the Schoodic area of Acadia this is a near perfect home.

Every step of the way - John was a a great communicator, making sure we had all the information we needed for our visit and the surrounding area. His cozy get away, is surrounded by beautiful nature, very private and yet only 10 minutes from the town of Annapolis Royal with all the amenities. The open fireplace, with lots of DRY wood and kindling was a bonus as the weather was stormy during our visit. John also checked in with us a few times to make sure we could get in and out of the driveway during the storm. 2 lovely balconies would be perfect in the summer for sitting out and looking into the trees - and which we were able to use this trip for barbequeing in the snow storm:) Very dog friendly as located off the main road and km of trails right out the door for walking off leash or snowshoeing. Would absolutely return at any time of year!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could imagine. Absolutely nothing was missing. It was like being in your own home but far away. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this lovely Air B n B!

Schoodic house is an amazing peaceful getaway that within a very short drive or walk has you in town or into one of the many parts of Acadia National park. Jennifer and Brian’s home was the perfect end to each day stayed and would absolutely love to enjoy their hospitality again!!

Perfect week for family time together. Sandy and Charlie are true emissaries for their community, sharing family stories and the history of Jonesport, the life of lobstermen, and fresh complimentary lobster too!!! We loved the century + old house, the vistas, nearby hikes, and location within an hour and a half drive to Acadia, Campobello, and much more. As first time visitors to Maine, our experience was just lovely, thanks in no small part to these welcoming airbnb hosts!
