Incredibly beautiful home in the mountains!! We could not have picked a better place to stay for our long weekned in AVL. Seth and Blanche's home is beatifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our teenage boys enjoyed having the first floor to themselves, it was like they had their own apartment for the weekend!! Game room and living room with the secional to watch movies was a huge hit! The views from the front porch and deck are gorgeous and we hope to visit again in the summer to enjoy the pool. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Great place. Easy walk to many mountain biking and hiking trails and easy uber to downtown Asheville

This was a family getaway with our 3 kids, their spouses and 7 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. The house is very comfortable and spacey. Inside activities were collectively exceptional: air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool table, large screen TVs. Outside activities were great: swimming pool, fire pit, hot tub and a huge backyard for playing wiffle ball or catch, or soccer, or volleyball practice. Kids that ranged from 2 to 11 always had something to do; many air hockey games and lots of hot tub time. The property management team is one of the best we have experienced. I raised several minor issues after check in and they addressed them immediately. They struck me as truly being committed to guest satisfaction as they were easy to access directly; a rarity in an age of AI based, time wasting, useless response systems; easy to rate this property as 5 star.

The house was perfect for our three-generation family get-together. Open floor plan provided places where we could all gather as well as spots for quieter activities . The arcade room was a hit with the kids. Trace was responsive and helpful. We'd look forward to returning.

Great place! Comfortable, well decorated, well appointed. The pool and hot tub were so enjoyable. The place even has yoga mats. Location both private and bucolic but also close enough to the highway. Highly recommended rental!

I had a wonderful stay at this mountain house. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape that allowed me to truly unwind. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. I especially enjoyed the rustic decor, which added a warm and authentic feel to the space. Being close to hiking trails and nature spots was a bonus, as it allowed for easy exploration and outdoor activities. Overall, a fantastic place to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the mountains. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's place. The accommodations were outstanding. The layout was perfect, everything we needed at our fingertips, it was comfy and cozies and the surroundings were so peaceful! We looked forward each morning to sitting on the screened in porch with our coffee, listening and watching the birds and the dear scampering in the wood. Our stay was lovely and couldn't be more perfect!

Jeff has a beautiful property that was thoroughly enjoyed by the entire party. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful experience with an amazing view to give Jeff and his property a chance! We look forward to booking again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Honeycomb Hideout. It was peaceful and quite. It was perfectly located near our family in BakersvilleNC. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s easy to feel at home in Ellie’s well-crafted home. From wood to tile to linens, everything is well-chosen and cozy. The entire house is hugged by the local woods, making it easy to nest in a cold winter evening.

The host is fantastic! She really wants to make sure you are comfortable. The location is private, quiet and well maintained. We had a very nice stay!

Owls nest is a beautiful house in a great location! Some coworkers and I were in town for work and needed a house big enough for us. Owls nest was perfect!!! Great communication! Very clean! Would definitely be recommending to any and everyone coming near the Mars hills area.

Everything great , just keep in mind that the neighbor downstairs smoke a lot and the smell of tobacco or maybe weed is very high, specially for non-smokers people like us was a bit uncomfortable. Besides that it’s a beautiful place to stay 🫶🏼

A great place to stay. We had 12 family members attending a wedding in the area. Everyone loved the home. It's a historic home, but all the modern conveniences.

This was our fourth time at this home. Our first time under new management. We love this home, not only for the spectacular views, but for the elevator and the ability to bring aging parents. The home has everything large families need. Plenty of space, blankets, games, movies, fireplace, and a full kitchen. A special treat was that we saw deer in the backyard, from one of the bedroom windows. Staying here allows hiking access up to Big Bald and the nature trails, which never gets old no matter how many times we've hiked them. This trip we experienced every season with a mix of snow and rain the first couple of days and then sunny the last two days. We enjoy the large balcony for weather watching, magnificent views and simply taking in the quiet and clean mountain air. The new management company's communication was great. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their home year after year. We've made many unforgettable memories in this home and hope to continue to do so.

Ila’s place is a beautiful and peaceful mountain retreat, even more so than the photos portray. Her home is clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed (and then some!) We stayed with our teenage daughter, who slept in the downstairs bedroom and loved her private bath and hideaway. Ila was welcoming and responsive- a perfect host. We absolutely would return to her lovely home again. Thank you, Ila!

We had with our family great time by Travis. The house was nice, clean and the best thing for our 3 girls was tree house in the garden and fanced backyard. We enjoyed very much the area, we were on St. Mitchell, by the Chimney Rock on Grandfather Mountain and in the Beech Mountain. A lot of attraction to see.

Great location. The rental was very clean and had all the basics. Kathy was very responsive, easy to get in contact with, and pleasant. There were 12 of us, we had a great time! First time spending Thanksgiving in the mountains and it was awesome!

Beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Well built with interesting, cool touches. Clean and comfortable. Furnished with nice pieces. It was good to have a motion sensitive flood light come on at night when we drove up. I can't speak to the kitchen as we never ate there, but it seemed to be well stocked. Well heated with multiple thermostats in different rooms. We slept well and deeply. We have family near by and would stay here again. We absolutely loved this house.

This was our second time staying at Claudia and John’s place. It was extremely private and peaceful. Our grown kids loved it too, because it was nostalgic and artistic. They have countless video cassette types, the kind we went to Blockbuster for. They also have a closet full of board games. We spent all of our nights playing Monopoly and admiring the ceramics and drawings around the house. It felt like home. It felt like it did when our children were little. Now they are grown and on their own. We just loved being together in that space.
