Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Yaiza

We had a great stay at Villa Teresa. In a quiet gated area of Playa Blanca, with allocated car parking, the property was immaculate, spacious and well designed with everything you could possibly need provided. A real home from home for our 10 day stay on this interesting island. Plenty of private outdoor space and the heated pool was fantastic and cleaned regularly. José was a perfect host, friendly, helpful ( even brought us fresh fish from his boat & vegetables from his garden!). We would love to stay again. Thanks

Had a lovely stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process super smooth. The neighborhood was quiet, located in Loma Verde it has easy access to everything. Highly recommend!

The vacation home was really a dream! Very large and excellently equipped. The location is perfect for relaxing as the house is very quiet. Nevertheless, a supermarket (including for the daily breakfast rolls) and restaurants are within walking distance. Our 5-year-old child also loved the vacation home thanks to the warm heated pool and the cozy outdoor bed. For excursions to the sights, beaches and playgrounds for older children, we used our rental car.

Spacious, very high quality furnishing, very clean, nice patio and views. Nicholas left us lots of items in a welcome Pack which was much appreciated. Excellent, responsive communications throughout. Quiet road close to two excellent restaurants .. few minutes walk. we would highly recommend

Nice quiet location within easy reach of the marina and an easy walk along the prom into Playa Blanca centre. I'd recommend a hire car, which seem very reasonably priced for a week fro/to the airport, but there are plenty of buses & taxis; although the latter seemed to get busy around in the evenings, especially from the marina/taxi stands around 10pm.

Once again, a fantastic stay. Good outdoor space, sun in the downstairs space until midday, then on the upstairs terrace for the rest of the day. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels. Quiet side road even though it's only 200 metres from the main road. Teresa and Massimo are very friendly and respectful hosts. Looking forward to returning. Thank you both 😊

I fell in love with the accommodation at first sight. We arrived before the check-in time, and Alex kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage at the accommodation. The house feels more like a private resort than a typical home. It is fully equipped and incredibly spacious. Alex was always responsive and came to clean the house every two days, which is not common practice for Airbnb. Truly the best Airbnb ever!

We have had a great stay in the apartment, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was close to the local shops, bars and restaurants but in a peaceful location. The pool area was relaxing and clean. We would recommend Maria’s apartment and will definitely return for future visits.

Paul's apartment was exactly as pictures showed. Paul was at the apart to meet us at 00.30 am off a late flight. He was a fast communicator. The apart was spotlessly clean with everything required for a two week vacation. Huge TV, an oven, washing machine and a very comfortable large double bed. On a fast walk the seafront and large Spar shop can be reached in 8mins. Very enjoyable stay. Cheers Paul.

Just returned home after spending a very enjoyable week at No 50. The apartment was bright, cosy and very stylish. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water all the time. The location was perfect, with shops, bars and restaurants one way, and the beach just a two minute walk the other way. The pool was very cold ( as expected for this time of year) but we managed to swim in it a couple of times. It was cleaned every morning and the trees and planting make it a pretty area for sunbathing, with plenty of sun loungers dotted around for privacy. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day. Thanks very much Regina.

Ezequiel responded very quickly to everything and with the intention of helping us with any questions! He also recommended places to eat and left us some papers with possible excursions and places of interest.

David was the perfect host from start of booking to end, any messages responded to immediately. We messaged when we were left airport and he was there to greet us on arrival. We were supplied with bottled drinking water for duration of our stay. The apartment location is perfect, couple minutes beach one way and 5 mins town other direction. We don't use cooking facilities when on holiday, apart from tea and coffee but I m sure there was everything needed in there. Apartment was like shown on photos, very comfortable and very quiet. Even though David lived on site we didn't see him but knew he was there if needed There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative about this holiday was the weather!! out of David's control . It was very windy and very cold in evenings, but wrapped up in jackets didn't stop us getting out and about. The apartment was cleaned midway through with clean bedding and towels. We will definitely go back to David's place.

This ground floor apartment is within a few steps from the shared well kept pool. There were always sun beds available but you have to be brave to go in the unheated pool in January! The complex is very quiet day and night but only a few minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of spare bedding and towels. The apartment had everything we needed for our month stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely fantastic place - great location - first time I’ve stayed in Airbnb when on my holidays and honestly I will never go back to staying in hotels . I could not recommend the apartment , location and facilities enough - it was totally 5 star ⭐️. The host was fantastic and checked on us after a bad storm to make sure we were ok . Stayed at Lucia's place for a month during March, had a really nice time, the location is ideal and the complex very quiet. The apartment is well equipped, the large balcony overlooks the pool area and has a lovely sea view. Would definitely recommend.

We are just back from a short stay, Virginia is a great host and is always around if you need questions answered. The apartment is very clean and has everything you could ever need it is in a great location with great views and is a short walk to beach/bars and restaurants. My children enjoyed the pool area very much, we will definitely return when visiting Costa Teguise! Thankyou Virginia 😊

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. a spectacular host,considering what we needed. She gave us recommendations on where to go to dinner when we arrived and it was great. The great apartment, very spacious, we loved the bar in the kitchen and took advantage of the patio for dinner as a family. The only thing I found is the blind or dark curtain in the room that overlooks the patio, but I'm annoyed by the clarity, but for everything else great, we will definitely repeat as soon as we can. Carlos’s apartment in Costa Teguise is located really well and sits within a private complex that is beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor unheated pool which in our kids loved. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and there are plentiful bars and restaurants close by to keep everyone happy. As others have said, the apartment probably needs refurbished in the long term but this didn’t dampen our stay. Beds were comfy and if you ever needed anything, Pili who manages the property for Carlos was available immediately via What’s-app Such a lovely little holiday home in the sun. Would recommend!

A spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with lovely balcony space overlooking the pool - with many mature trees and plants but so near the centre of town and the beach. A perfect combination. The apartment has a cool and calm decor as well as everything you need. Fernanda is caring and courteous and made us feel so welcome. She communicated promptly and was very accommodating on our arrival day. A 5* host!
