Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Yaiza

I recommend it to everyone to rent this villa. Pepe and Katja received us very well. We felt completely at home. Our children enjoyed the pool very much and the house was great with everything you need. The house is in a very quiet location. You can visit the hustle and bustle to get to the city center, which is a 6-minute drive away with plenty of parking spaces. There are plenty of good restaurants to visit and great beaches ( our preference is Papagayo beach ). Pepe also offers boat trips, we came with him it was great. We will most definitely come again again.

Haria is a beautiful little town typical of the north of Lanzarote and an ideal base for visiting the north of the island. The large open terrace of the apartment offers, on the east side, a beautiful view on the canarian palms with the sea beyond Orzola in the distance. Nicolas is discreet but very attentive and very attentive if necessary.

I fell in love with the accommodation at first sight. We arrived before the check-in time, and Alex kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage at the accommodation. The house feels more like a private resort than a typical home. It is fully equipped and incredibly spacious. Alex was always responsive and came to clean the house every two days, which is not common practice for Airbnb. Truly the best Airbnb ever!

Beautiful property in an amazing location. The property was superb and had everything we needed to have a fabulous holiday. The quality of the fixtures & fittings were exceptional. There were paddle tennis rackets , cool bag and beach umbrella for us to use. The host brought us BBQ coals etc so we could enjoy it without any expense. Quiet and peaceful setting with lots of different outside areas at the property. A basket of goodies was provided on arrival which was very welcome. The pool was beautiful ... a bit cold... but still a great facility on the doorstep. You need a car to enjoy the area (AutoReisen - as recommended - were excellent). We can't wait to visit again.

If you’re looking for an apartment in a quiet location yet within easy access to all areas look no further. Carol & Tims apartment was perfect for our holiday. Just a few minutes from the beach and all that PDC has to offer. Superb large terrace that benefits from all day sunshine, spotlessly clean and well maintained with the best equipped kitchen we have seen. Communication with Carol was excellent and we greatly appreciated her quick reply to any questions.

I had a lovely stay in Maria’s apartment. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was everything that we needed and more. Maria has put a lot of taught into the small things and had items such as salt/pepper/oil/shower gels/washing detergent. There were even adapters to suit the plugs in the apartment which I forgot to pack so this was very handy. Throughout the stay Maria was easily contactable and very accommodating and allowed for a late check out. I have rebooked to stay with Maria again next year and I’m really looking forward to it. The apartment is the perfect distance from the Main Street and is peaceful at night. I’d highly recommend this accommodation

A Perfect Oasis in Corralejo Regina’s apartment in Corralejo exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is lovingly cared for. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the beach, charming local restaurants, and the vibrant heart of Corralejo. Despite its proximity to all the action, the apartment is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring or soaking up the sun. One of the highlights was the stunning outdoor space—whether enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, it was a little slice of paradise. Regina was a fantastic host, always attentive and quick to respond, making us feel truly welcome. Her local tips were invaluable and added so much to our experience. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting old town charm or busy bars McCarthys being our fave.

We stayed at Amanda’s place for a week and can I just say how amazing this apartment is! Me and my partner stayed here and found it easy to find and when we arrived everything was spotless! The air con in the bedroom was lovely and everything looked even better then the photos. Check out was no hassle as we were allowed to check out later due to a later flight and getting to places was very easy about a 10 minute walk. There is a local spar supermarket which is in eyesight on the apartment and our favourite restaurant La Orta was next door. The pool was easy to access and we were usually the only ones there. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of coming to costa tequise. Thank you Amanda for allowing us to stay in your apartment and allowing us to have a very good and enjoyable holiday

we spent a week at Gustavo's place, and we couldn't have been better than that. Gustavo is very kind and always available. The apartment is adorable and extremely functional for a comfortable stay. The location is strategic to be able to make the most of the whole island. I hope we can come back soon!

Very pleasant stay as Ezequiel was aware of us and the house was clean. We didn't lack anything (there were towels, hairdryer, extra paper, oil, water....). Undoubtedly we recommend this accommodation 100% because it is in the center of the island and by car it did not take anything to get anywhere. Thank you very much.

Great location, with the balcony view worth the price alone! Perfect for a beach-centred holiday. Whether having coffee on the terrace at sunrise or returning from the beach end-of-day to watch the surfers offshore. It truly was a break from the normal routine of life. Many thanks R

Had a lovely few days. Paz's place is really beautiful, very stylishly decorated with everything you need for a sunshine holiday. The appartment is well located and has a great sea view. You can easily walk to the beaches and restaurants of Costa Teguise along the coastal path and everything is accessible. I highly recommend this appartment and Paz is the perfect host.

Teresa is a very friendly and responsive host, the apartment was a good size and the location was great, everything is within walking distance and the complex was nice and quiet, I would advise on having a house manual with information on how to use the appliances within the apartment and where local doctors etc are located

2nd stay here quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the strip Lucia was always able to answer any questions we had hopefully be back again in the future

Casa Neen is a lovely apartment. Not too many bells and whistles but what you need is there. A nice shower, a good bed, excellent WIFI and everything accessible within walking distance. Last year I was here for the first time and this year it was a surprise that Andrew hung two beautiful shade cloths instead of the umbrella and provided the terrace with a very nice lounge set. It is especially such a wonderful place because everything is within walking distance. Whether it's your groceries, walking to a restaurant, or your first cup of coffee somewhere on the beach, all excellent to do. Also the coffee "home" with the help of a De"Longhi" really made our vacation a top holiday! Good restaurants are of course plentiful, but our toppers are Baluus and Land of Freedom.

The apartment fully met our expectations. It was spacious, well designed and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The living room and bedroom had large Smart TVs with access to YouTube and Netflix. The internet worked fine – fast enough to easily play online. An additional advantage was free underground parking and a great location – in front of the grocery stores Mercadona and Lidl. The complex also offered a clean pool, a small playground for the kids, and access to the excellent Chris Kitchen restaurant, which is just around the corner. Veronica was an incredibly helpful and kind person. She answered all of our questions and made sure our stay went smoothly. Finally, it is worth noting – Fuerteventura is a Spanish island, so the natural language here is Spanish, not English. I recommend getting ready for your trip using a dictionary or translating apps.

I stayed at Carlos's place with my sister and niece, and we had a fantastic week. The apartment is well-equipped, with three beds and a good kitchen and large fridge-freezer which allowed us to cook most nights and make packed lunches. The pool was a great bonus: we were the only ones who used it during our stay (maybe it was too cold for the other residents, being November!). Although small, it's deep enough to jump into and swim. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the closest beach (Playa Bastian), or 20-25min to Playa de las Cucharas and the main part of the town. There's a small supermarket a couple of streets away, and Carlos recommended larger ones a short drive away. Costa Teguise is a good central base for exploring the island: most places were within a 30-min drive. Carlos was very proactive and responsive. He met us on arrival to show us how to get into the apartment, and answered all our questions quickly. Thank you!
