Holiday houses in Yadkin County

Our stay at Granny’s House was wonderful! The house was warm and cozy, and in a great location convenient to nearby restaurants. Only a short drive to the restaurants/stores/brewery downtown…. We loved The Angry Troll. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, snacks, drinks, etc which was so convenient for our weekend stay. The king bed was super comfy and although the home is on the main road, the provided sound machine drowned out the street noise. It rained the entire weekend, so we didn’t get to use the outdoor fire pit, but it was a very neat space with wood provided (we plan to return during warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space:-) Dana was a pleasure to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!

We loved Callie’s Airbnb! It’s a short drive to everything in town, well-furnished, modern, and was very clean. We also appreciated how dog and baby friendly the space was—and our pup appreciated the welcome treats!

Dawn was the best host, and we felt right at home. We spent the long weekend hiking, petting cows, and catching up. It was a beautiful stay, and we will certainly be back!

We were very grateful to use this home as a resting place after a long drive. The host was perhaps the most responsive of all the hosts we have worked for so far. (And we’ve worked with some great hosts!) Her warm and welcoming home made it a great place for us to rest. I wish we had more reasons to travel to the area, because we would use her home again.

This is my second stay at Peggy’s and I always feel at home. I take classes in Elkin and walked everyday to downtown. The people are pleasant and the walk is easy and safe. I felt at home in Peggy’s as well as the town of Elkin. I’ll be coming back for sure!!

As always I feel right at home here! Monica is my “go-to” home away from home when I head home to see my family. She is literally half way there and it’s a great place to relax coming and going. My check in has been later so haven’t enjoyed the eateries for dinner but have local coffee shops like River Roast Coffee. Monica suggested it and it was the perk up I needed for my drive south. Looking forward to my return trip!

Best Airbnb i’ve ever stayed at. Monti was extremely kind to us and gave us an awesome tour of her home. We got to feed the animals and the area was overall very peaceful and quiet. Whenever I go back to Clemmons i’m definitely booking with Monti again. Thank you thank you thank you.

Brenda reached out to me the day we were coming there. Very friendly. The place was exactly what we needed. We came for a family wedding and were able to relax in between the festivities. Loved the space! Had what we needed although it would have been a nice touch to have a few bottled waters in the fridge waiting for us. Maybe next time.
