super quiet , I clean the pool well cared for, just unpleasant the person who says she is an administrator who was on it all the time telling us that it was possible and not , but everything else is fine since it is foreign to the host

The house is identical to the photos, very spacious, clean and pleasant. Dalia helped us at all times and was always very kind. I highly recommend it.

“Our stay at the Shipyard in Teques property was spectacular! Communication with Rudi was very clear and on time. The place was spotless, well equipped and decorated in good style. The distribution was perfect for our needs (15 people) with 6 rooms with private bathroom. And the isolated common areas of bedrooms facilitate coexistence and rest. The location was perfect, a few steps down to get to the lake; in a quiet area to rest; that the trees gave us the necessary privacy. Adriana the cook has an exceptional season, always attentive to please our palate and ready to help us with any questions. Sofia and Epifanio of cooking, cleaning and maintenance also made sure our stay was enjoyable by keeping the property clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

We were delighted to stay in this home. The amazing pool and the kitchen are beautifully equipped. Rooms all with their private and very comfortable bathrooms. Soft beds with everything you need to rest. Cleaning and maintenance of 10. It is a very quiet place but close to everything you need when leaving. Don Juan and Mrs. Olga's attention was exceptional. We'll be back for sure we'll be back.

Our stay was pleasant, Sebastián was in contact with us from minute one, on our arrival CFE was fixing a transformer and he got involved and monitored all the time until the light arrived, the description matches everything, Blanca is always attentive and helping in everything, the cleaning is done every day and his season is delicious, the view of the house is beautiful, and the common rooms and rooms are very comfortable✨💜.
