Nice location in Taichung University area.The house is clean and comfortable, there is also a washing machine and a balcony that can be used, and the kitchen facilities are also fully equipped.The windows in the front and back of the house are well ventilated and well-lit.The host was proactive and approachable, and the overall cp was quite high and worth recommending.

Place was as described

The location is 10/10, easy walking distance to two different MRT stations on different lines. Quick walk to Taipei 101 and all surrounding malls. Not to mention the stunning view up on the roof top. Lots of food options near by too. The room is small but well designed with lots of storage space. Perfect for couples or family with one small child, probably not suitable for family with multiple kids or older kids or a group of friends. Will definitely be back!

William’s place is spacious, comfortable and super convenient. It’s located right above a large shopping complex with many shops and restaurant choices. William is a great host. He is extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Our flight was in the evening and William allowed us to have a late check out which we appreciated very much. Overall, our group of 5 friends fully enjoyed the stay at William’s place and will definitely stay there again in our next trip to Taipei.

AJ was a wonderful host and was very responsive to all my requests. AJ also allowed us to check in earlier, it being my niece's first trip to Taiwan, which made our trip to Taipei even more smoothly not having to lug around our luggage until the normal check in time. The unit is by far one of the cleanest and tidiest places I've ever stayed at, not to mention, very pleasing to the eye. You can tell that AJ puts in a lot of time and care towards maintaining the property and ensures that it is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The location of the unit is also great as it is located near the metro station and thus allowed us easy access to get to and from our air BNB to other places in Taipei in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location is superb with two metro stations within walking distance, and a few bus stops around. 靜芸 and her 小幫手 was super helpful and very responsive to our queries. Highly recommend!

The host and the reception management were very nice, answered questions and very quick and took care of it right away.It was close enough to the subway and easy to get around and still chose to stay here next time.

Elayne is a very super great host, helpful, friendly, and respond very fast and she helped me with a lots of things and introduce me all the good places to visit , especially introduced me good dining restaurants with many places that I have never been to and the place is really good and cozy.. Elayne place is really clean, beautiful, cosy and super convenient and very easy to go everywhere just next to MRT, I’m very grateful and lucky to know Elayne and her condominium is highly recommend. Anytime if I come to Taiwan, I will only choose Elayne’s place..

The flat is in a very busy area with good public transport and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Happy is always very quick to respond and helpful. It was a good place to stay.

This suite is located in a very beautiful and convenient Xinyi District. It's walking distance to the 101 building or the World Trade Center. The suite is inside a building where the security guards are on duty anytime, which made me feel safe. I would like to live here again next year when I go back to Taiwan.

Great place in an easy accessible location. The place was very clean and was perfect for our stay.

This place is fantastic and the host very responsive and friendly. Very quiet and a nice view over the park next to the building. Heated Aircon was a rare treat in Taiwan. The place is well thought out, making the most of the small space without feeling cramped. The stairs up to the bed are narrow with a low ceiling but wasn’t an issue. Overall very happy we stayed here.

Hail the queen of hostesses. This is my best description of Samantha, a.k.a cyclingirl. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Greatly located near metro, serene and green area of the City. Lots of amenities. Sam was very responsive to my many questions before, during and after my stay. I made a new friend. Like other places in Taiwan, sound travels too well from within and outside buildings. Because Taiwanese are highly respectful, you can have some peace and quiet.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable bed. Very clean accommodation and the lobby staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

The location was great and easy to get to from the airport. There were so many good food places just a short walk away. The interior was clean and had everything we needed. This is a super convenient location right at the MRT station. You can take a bus 1968 directly to and from the airport. The place is clean, we feel right at home. The only thing is the mattress is dated and uncomfortable, also the bedding can be better fitting. There is no jacuzzi by the way but the gym is nice.

I stayed in this flat on the 10th floor for 1.5 month. Great location, convenient with MRT not too far away and youbike just in front of the building. The apartment is minimalist and practical, which I like. Lots of hidden storage everywhere (under the windows, stairs, sofa, etc). The wifi let me work from the unit without too many problems. Even though I don't speak good Chinese at all, check-in and check-out were great, the host took time to explain everything. The apartment was not spotless clean when I arrived (but okay), and some people might not like sleeping up the stairs in a mezzanine. But overall I would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay here again.

Affordable house rentals, conveniently located nearby, and the decor is very comfortable.

First of all, I liked that the security in the apartment complex was tight. I couldn't take the elevator without a resident card key, so I was able to travel more comfortably than when using other Airbnb. It was nice to have Carrefour within a 5 minute walk in front of the house, and there was also a shuttle to Tamsui Station, so I didn't have to take a bus or taxi. It only took a 10-minute taxi ride to Warren Martou, so there wasn't much of a taxi fare. I contacted the host on the line and the feedback was very fast. He was kind, and there was plenty of check-in or check-out time. There are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, and they were all spacious and clean. In fact, there are not many hotels in the Tamsui area, and the location is vague, so it is difficult to find accommodation, but it is better and more spacious than any hotel, so it seems like a very good accommodation for many people to use together.

Perfect stay in great location - especially the rooftop pool with 101 view. Great staff at reception! Angie was always reachable and took care of every single inquiry. Definitely again !!!
