Holiday houses in Xinyi District

Kelvin was really straightforward with the instructions about check-in. The place itself was spotless and space was ample for two people. 7-Eleven was nearby in case you need some supplies. When we requested an iron, the host went out of his way to buy a new iron and ironing board. This Airbnb is probably the best you could get when you want to go to Taipei 101 (10-15 mins walk) and even Ximending (just a short train ride). I highly suggest anyone looking for a place to stay in Taipei to book here, you won’t regret it ☺️

Me and my family stayed for 6 days in this place and we totally loved it! Our expectation really exceeded in this place as this was huge than expected and a lot of walkable places to visit such as public markets, night markets, shopping boutiques, parks, etc. we loved this place as it really feels like home compared to staying in hotels. And most especially we love the local feels with the neighbors, surroundings and nature, which makes us feel like a local.

This place has the BEST location. Super close to MRT with lots of great restaurants near by. The host is very responsive and thoughtful. All the questions are being answered within hours. The host is great at sharing place/restaurant to visit. They provided all the necessities - other than towels, they gave us toothbrush/toothpaste/ kitchen towels/ so many toilet paper/ trash bags/even alcohol wipes which is very useful. It’s a great place for small families.

The place is very comfortable, the neighborhood is very peaceful, there are heating facilities in the washroom, this is a plus, the walk to the night market is very close, the shops nearby are all we must go to Taiwan every time, it is very convenient, the next time I come to Taiwan I will definitely stay again.

Great place. Clean and uncluttered. Good location. Close to pubic transportation, Building 101, and Elephant mountain. The apartment is on the fifth floor. Watch your head in the stairwell if you are over 4’8”.

Vivi was an excellent host. Very easy to communicate with and always prompt and friendly with her responses. The apartment is newly renovated. Think Boho-chic beach house vibe. Very warm and cozy. The beds are super comfortable. Great Wi-Fi and has everything you need for an extended stay. The location is one of the best in Taipei. Just steps away from a clutch of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars in the middle of Da,An. It is easily my favourite location in the city. I have stayed at Vivi's other airbnbs. This is my favourite one to date. I will be back.

Would go back. It’s located in a quiet side street but is safe and 5 minutes from the main mall

The Airbnb is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has an awesome location, just a short walk to the MRT exit and Taipei 101. Additionally, Wuxing Street is nearby, offering access to delicious local food ! The house rules are clearly stated, making us easy to follow, which also made the check-in and check-out process incredibly smooth. Kudos to the host and their team for being so responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to everyone !

Leo's place is indeed a home away from home. It's old yet homey! Very clean, no smell. Spacious and minimalist, yet the basics that are needed for a comfortable stay is provided. The best part is it's walking distance, the brown line MRT station (Linguang) about 5 minute-walk only. And 7-11 is just 2 minute-walk away! Leo the host, even went an extra mile by helping us with our luggage (we were not expecting it). He is such a super amazing host. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we come back!
