Great townhouse with ocean view. We had a great time 6 adults and 3 children. I add that it could be improved, especially for a stay in winter: that the heating could be regulated in each room individually, and being able to close the kitchen. Anyway, we'd love to come back!

Lucia's house is beautiful, very close to the beach, a large supermarket nearby, and many restaurants.The location is good and life is convenient and we had a nice weekend here.Will come back next time if I get a chance.

Loved staying at Alejandro's place, He was very responsive throughout the booking process and during the stay to make sure we could navigate the property for check-in etc. The place was spacious, with good heating,. Lot's of space in the kitchen and utensils for cooking. it was only a 8min walk to the beach where all the restaurants are. I would stay here again on my next trip to Valencia

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Estefanía and her mother were friendly and very responsive to our needs, they were very understanding and helped us with everything.

the house is just like the very nice photos. Eduardo super majo recommended shops and things to see . The only thing is the access to the house that is on the same road and there is some noise x the cars but it was a great stay and I would surely repeat. Thank you very much Eduardo

Eva's place is really very nice. We were fortunate to stay here for a few nice days in November. We mainly came for Enduroland and the house has perfect space for the bikes! The house has all the comforts, we felt right at home. The village and streets are very charming. Thanks to the instructions and nice communication with Eva, the stay was very successful. Highly recommended!

Antonio was very friendly, contacted us in advance and waited outside the apartment for our arrival. The location of the apartment was also very good, just a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Just a fabulous stay for us, a family of 5. Loads of space, great pool, great big outdoor terrace and great paella from Manolo and Sue and we were very happy to relax in the calm surroundings. There is a fab bakery, a couple of friendly bars which serve tasty food and a basic supermarket all within walking distance. Great places to eat and supermarkets further out within a 10 minute drive. Olocau, Bétera and La Pobla vallbona. Overall we loved the space and peace and Duna the dog. Sue and Manolo were great hosts, easygoing and helpful. The house has loads of room, loads of bathrooms, big kitchen with everything you need, big TV with fire stick. Wi-Fi. About a 30 minute drive north of Valencià or park and ride and get a metro from Godella. We loved it, even the cicadas just became part of the day. Looking forward to returning again!

The house is great, it fully fits the description. In addition, everything was very clean and clean. We loved the love and respect they have for the animals and being able to make us participate. We really enjoyed the horses and dogs, Aina and Sky. The house is a haven of peace and Eulalia and Vicente are lovely and have been attentive to us at all times. The area is also beautiful, there are villages that deserve to visit and many mountain routes. 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this quirky place, tucked away in an old stronghold in a very rural and foresty area. We felt right at home in this well-equipped accommodation. We definitely recommend it if you are looking for something in this area. A couple of small towns are within driving distance, nice for groceries and some drinks.

The accommodation is well equipped. The terrace is lovely. Only small inconvenience for a solo traveler, TV does not give access to channels in French. For the location, you can walk to the center in 30 minutes. The city is flat, it's nice. In addition, there are small shops nearby.

We only stayed a few hours, but they were hours we desperately needed to relax and rest, and it gave us just that. Pepe was at hand at all times, very helpful and responsive and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently over the phone. The place was lovely and I wish we could have stayed another day, our dog loved it too!

Juan Carlos, super friendly, personally welcomed us with fresh beers and ice cream as a welcome. We gave a lot of information about restaurants, what to do and places of interest. We did the stay as a family; the accommodation is as seen in the photos and description, everything in order, clean and very comfortable. Definitely a place to stay again!
