Family-friendly holiday rentals in Xàbia

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

We had a great weekend, the house is in a great enclave and has everything you need. There are very good restaurants and beaches in the area. We will definitely be back here!!

We recommend the super complete accommodation and the beautiful village of Benigembla. And to our host Joan Felip, with whom communication has always been smooth and immediate attention. We spent a few days on a family vacation in the village in full parties. Hope we can repeat it very soon!

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

The stay in this apartment was very pleasant. We were just looking in this urbanization as we know Dénia and this is the best. Highlighting Suzana's work, it's nice to find people like that, engaged and helpful worker. Very easy communication with her. As a constructive recommendation, incorporate a couple of beach chairs as there was only one small and the other was broken. Otherwise, this place and this development is a safe and profitable bet. It won't let you down

Beautiful space with sweeping views. The street can be a bit noisy in the morning to afternoon hours as cars pass right by the house, but was quiet in the evening. Eric was responsive within the minute for any questions I had and was accomodating in letting us stay past the 11am checkout time. In a beautiful area of Altea Hills.

David's place is a real gem. Stunning view from both house and the incredible terrace. It's perfect with young kids. great beaches to explore alond the beautiful pathway that runs at the bottom of the garden. Super peaceful calm place felt very at home.

We had a very relaxing week ,fantastic views of the sea and so calming atmosphere . The garage space was great to have too. Very clean building altogether. You do need a car at this apartment.

A perfect place to disconnect but at the same time close to whatever you need. Ideal for going with children and pets for the tranquility of the environment.

Great place to disconnect. Much like glamping with the bathroom and kitchen being separate from the bedroom cabin. North facing with beautiful views. Worth noting that it’s very chilly in winter time so be prepared, bring jumpers! Lots of great hikes and things to do nearby, excellent host who gave tons of recommendations and was super helpful and informative. Lovely place to stay with our dog and unwind off the grid. Such a great villa for some lovely winter sun. In a great location very near to the town & beach. We loved the heated pool & used it every day. Villa had everything we needed & was very clean. The welcome basket was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We really enjoyed the beautiful villa and would recommend it to everyone! Katja is super helpful, is always there for you and keeps you well informed. There are restaurants, shops and the boulevard within walking distance. The villa itself is quietly located and you can end the day with a dip in the pool and a barbecue. Another plus: you can park your car safely on your own property with a fence. Thank you Katja and Kay, we hope to stay with you next time! ☀️🥰

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

This was our first visit to Moraira and it did not disappoint. The property was perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, town, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful with great communication and helpful recommendations. The property excelled our expectations. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Essentials such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handsoap, cloths, a couple of washing pods were a great help; not all properties provide these. The kitchen was very well equipped with good cooking facilities, a large fridge freezer and a coffee machine. Lots of condiments were also available, should you wish to cook. The outside area was lovely, the pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds as well as outside table and chairs. Had the weather been better we would have used the BBQ provided. We would not hesitate to book with Iain again. Infact we are already planning a trip next Easter. Thank you Iain for making our stay so perfect.

Second time staying at this lovely finca. Quiet and chill environment. Hosts are very accommodating. Great locating for visiting the touristic seaside and quick access to the highway direction Benidorm/Alicante and Valencia/Denia/Xavea.

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. It is very nice and easy to communicate with Carine and Marisa. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you
