Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

Great location and views

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and it exceeded all our expectations! The private pool, peaceful garden with orange trees, and the cozy barbecue area made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. As an avid bird photographer, the nearby Pego-Oliva nature reserve was a dream come true. The stunning landscapes and diverse birdlife provided endless opportunities to capture beautiful moments. This location is truly a paradise for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike! A special shoutout to Nando, who was an exceptional host! He provided a warm welcome and gave us a thorough introduction to both the property and the local area. His guidance made settling in seamless and enjoyable. The property perfectly matched its description, and we felt completely at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already started planning our next trip back to this wonderful haven. Thank you, Nando, for making our vacation unforgettable!

Olga's place was the perfect place to wrap up our holiday in Spain. We wanted a place where we can relax with our 7months old baby and this is exactly what we got! The townhouse is spacious and nicely decorated, with a small but pretty garden. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and the resort itself is nice and quiet (we were there at the end of season in Oct). Loved the jacuzzi - it was great for our baby to splash around (unfortunately he was not so keen on the sea) but also for us parents to unwind at the end of the day. Communication with Olga and Tania was seamless.

The place met expectations. We really enjoyed the surroundings, and we were comfortable in the house. Joan provided us with what we needed, and we left wanting to repeat, which I do not rule out. Ideal setting for hiking or cycling trails.

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

Very nice house, lots of charm, sumptuous terrace with beautiful views. Good layout of rooms and nice decoration. Supermarket 5 minutes drive. Isabel who takes care of the reception is adorable and the owner is nice and attentive. Nothing but happiness. Besides, I've already rented for next year!

we had already been there before and it was just as we remembered the house. Everything is super well accessible. Johana is a super friendly person, the beach is five minutes walk away, the house is very nice. It has a super beautiful garden to be, land of all Johanna super friendly and accessible and very quiet

The apartment is in a very convenient location - within walking distance of shops , restaurants, cafes and of course , the beach is the most important thing and it is chic . The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities - bed linen , plenty of towels, spare pillows , blankets , blankets. There are plenty of dishes for cooking. Microwave and washing machine . The apartment is very warm , sunny. Everything is just perfect . The hostess is a very responsive person , at the first request all the wishes were fulfilled ! We were very satisfied , we stayed in the apartment for 5 months !!!

Great house for a family stay, excellent pool and easy walk into town with bars and restaurants.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

This was our first visit to Moraira and it did not disappoint. The property was perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, town, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful with great communication and helpful recommendations. The property excelled our expectations. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Essentials such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handsoap, cloths, a couple of washing pods were a great help; not all properties provide these. The kitchen was very well equipped with good cooking facilities, a large fridge freezer and a coffee machine. Lots of condiments were also available, should you wish to cook. The outside area was lovely, the pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds as well as outside table and chairs. Had the weather been better we would have used the BBQ provided. We would not hesitate to book with Iain again. Infact we are already planning a trip next Easter. Thank you Iain for making our stay so perfect.

Second time staying at this lovely finca. Quiet and chill environment. Hosts are very accommodating. Great locating for visiting the touristic seaside and quick access to the highway direction Benidorm/Alicante and Valencia/Denia/Xavea.

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. It is very nice and easy to communicate with Carine and Marisa. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you

Also this time Maria prepared a large bottle of water and a box of chocolate 😍 to welcome us. That's super nice, it really touched me😍🥰. Maria is always active on the app to answer our questions and also helps us. Every time I contact her, she is there to help me. The villa was beautiful with spacious grounds- there are many different seating areas to suit your mood. Rob was an incredibly attentive host ensuring everything was just right for us. The rooms was lovely and everything you could need.
