Rose's place is filled with light; it is warm and welcoming. Everything works and is well put together. We felt immediately welcome and comfortable.

Moira’s apartment was a fabulous spot to spend Christmas - it was clean and well stocked and she had gone the extra mile with Christmas decorations and even a couple of gifts under the tree! Her communication was excellent and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a spot to stay in Newcastle. Thanks Moira!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous unit in Avalon. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, bright with leafy views and right in the heart of Avalon Village. This really is a little gem, and we look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful place, so feminine & spotless clean. Was even greeted with some chocolates and a happy Easter message and bottle of wine 😊 The bed was so comfortable even had some lavender sleeping spray. Everything you need for a stay: it was so homely & cosy. Great appliances & easy check in. Would love to come back soon :)

We absolutely loved staying at Amanda’s place & will definitely be back! It’s an incredible location, right on parkland & a short walk to beaches. And inside, it’s the perfect combo - lovely original features, combined with a gorgeous renovation, and fully stocked kitchen. It really did feel like the dream home. Arriving to check in pre 3PM is wise, so you can drive right up to the front door to unpack. After that, the public gate you need to drive through is locked, and it’s a little trickier to get down a set of stairs with your bags. But definitely worth it either way!

What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

Beautiful place in a quiet and central location, with amazing sunsets! We loved the place, it was clean and comfortable, either everything you need for a nice stay. In a quiet suburb, right in front of the water, with a nice large balcony and large windows with great views. We had the most beautiful sunsets every day! Right in the Central Coast, close to all the best beaches. Will be staying again!

Helga was great with communication and easy to reach. The loft was very beautiful and we could hear the waves at night from the bed. Such a beautiful location too. Would definitely recommend!

We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!

Lovely location to get to shops and beach. House was fresh and pretty inside. Lovely patio and wonderful sunlit home. Xanthe was super responsive when we suggested a few improvements to kitchen utensils.

This is our third stay at Tina's and it's always a great experience. The room is well located within walking distance of all amenities and the beach. It's a great gateaway; Highly recommend!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.
