Susan is a great hostess, she’s kind and very proactive. The place is beautiful, clean and equipped with all our family needs. Even perfect for kids, a lot of arts and crafts and games to keep children of all ages entertained. The location is perfect and has a lot of restaurants, shopping places, etc. perfect for our holiday vacation to feel home away from home. Pictures and description match 10/10 to what you get: And mocha and max are a great plus very adorable pups.

The space was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with and the bed was very comfy! The location was perfect, in a very nice neighborhood, and very easy to get around town! We loved our stay!

Ron and Cindy's "Bear Necessities" Airbnb was perfect for our visit to KC. It was such a pleasure to stay there. The unit was very clean, decor was beautiful, and the King size bed was super comfy. The wooded landscape and quietness around the unit made it feel like you were far away from the city. Ron and Cindy are wonderful hosts. Ron met us when we arrived, showed us around the unit, and explained some of the various amenities and how things worked ~ which was very helpful. We got to meet and visit with Cindy the next day. It was nice getting to know the owners since they lived upstairs. They are both very friendly, helpful, and super easy to contact. If we had questions, either Ron or Cindy responded right away. After greeting us, Ron and Cindy gave us all the privacy we wanted. We would definitely recommend Ron and Cindy's place if you plan a trip to KC.

We were so happy with our choice to book Linda's place! We had a Girl's Night Out and we're just looking for a place to hang out for awhile after dinner. Linda and Leon were super courteous and more than helpful when I had forgot something they could help with. The guesthouse was perfect and just as described. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Merrily's home is exactly like the pictures. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed. She was proactive in all her communication we actually didn't have to ask for a thing. We were only there for a long weekend, but she was so thoughtful in leaving some fruit on the counter and a few things in the frig for the morning, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We would highly recommend her as a host.

We loved our stay at the guesthouse and would totally stay there again! They had everything we needed and more. Everything was so clean, cozy, and welcoming. Beautiful backyard and patio space. It is in the basement of their house so you can hear people upstairs but it didn’t bother us at all. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and even let us have a flexible checkout time so our baby could get a nap in!

Brendon was a terrific host, making sure my girlfriend and I were extremely comfortable. The place was clean, comfortable, and very private. We had a great stay!

We had an awesome stay here. Natasha happened to meet us as we pulled up and made sure we had access to the unit. She was super friendly and available for any questions we may have. We loved the extras that included a few snacks, games, and the view was amazing. The place was clean and came with plenty of linens. We would love to return in the future.

Chad's place is exactly as pictured and its in a quiet neighborhood. We had no issues at all And enjoyed our stay.

very clean nice small area to stay, felt safe, especially with the gate around the backyard. We had some difficulty with the heat, but the host came within just a few hours of us reaching out and immediately fixed the issue. Overall great stay.

Sara and Brandon's place is very nice. It served our purposes perfectly. The beds are very comfortable. Also, our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will likely be back if there is availability.

This was my 2nd stay here and it was wonderful yet again. Very clean and quiet - looks just like the photos. Great if you are a med/vet professional in the area doing some work.

The home was adorable and in pristine condition and while a little tight for three people, it was still comfortable. Very easy to find and the location is really lovely. Havah was an amazing host - super friendly, always responsive, and gave us plenty of privacy. 11/10 would stay here again and would highly recommend!

Cosy and very quiet. Good local food options on the street corner. Easy walk or jog right into the centre of town.

Loved my stay there. Very close to the plaza, nice bars nearby and best of all- the bed was so comfy!

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to our kids home and was able to go anywhere around and easily get back. Aaron helped me figure out the tv and was very polite and quick to respond. We absolutely will be renting again if we can.
