Are you looking for a quiet accommodation, do you want to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live near the city center? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland (Würzburg) with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden (756 m²). There you can play ball, badminton or table tennis. Our ball grill is also available for you. By bus you can take the university at Hubland in 2 min and in 10 min reach the city center.

We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreation area "Franconian Lakeland". Those who like to have a quiet time and still want to reach the lake landscape quickly, are going to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, 7 km away. The air-conditioned studio apartment is suitable with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. Direct hiking (including the St James' Trail) and cycling trails lead from us. Anyone can use the pool at any time. A private terrace is available.

Tiny House Hubsi with Outdoor Bathtub & Sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy Tiny House, which we have designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our wood stove Tiny Tube, which makes it warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separator toilet and a shower from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.
