Very nice host, great, well-kept house, lots of free parking in front of the door, very easy communication, supermarket nearby, good excursion options. Just great, you feel like home!!!

A beautiful, lovingly furnished house to feel comfortable. Everything has been thought of, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, there are nice outdoor seating, everything is super clean and we felt immediately welcome. Our highlight was the place by the fireplace. Thank you for the warmth and unproblematic, fast communication.

We had a wonderful time at this place! As two families with two small children (both under two), we felt completely comfortable here. The apartment was not only clean and cozy, but also well equipped – perfect for a relaxed family stay. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, always available and provided us with great tips. We particularly appreciated the child-friendly amenities and the quiet location. We'd love to come back – absolutely recommended!

The house was perfect for our needs: we wanted somewhere with a parking space and within easy reach of public transport to visit the Christmas markets. The city centre was 25 minutes away by bus and underground. Buses run frequently and the stop was five minutes' walk from the house. The neighbourhood felt very safe. There is a small grocery shop and a baker's a short walk away. As other reviewers have mentioned, the house is still a work in progress but this didn't bother us at all. It is well equipped with everything you need. The only thing to note is that there is no TV but we didn't mind this. The WiFi is fast and reliable. We would happily stay here again.

We chose this house because we wanted to meet as a family from all over Germany for the Carnival in Cologne. The house does not have the best location for this, but it was important to us that it is in the countryside, as we had a total of 4 dogs with us and the host had no objections. This was completely straightforward as was the further communication with him. We were also happy to accept the longer path with public transport. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were very nicely decorated and large. We all felt very comfortable and may come back next year if we want to hold another family reunion of this kind.

10/10 ✨️ amazing place, we had a very relaxed stay. The space was super clean. Couch and bed are super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was lovely to start the day with a short walk in the woods directly behind the accommodation. There's a bakery 4 min away by car, and grocery stores around a 10 min drive. Alexandra was really friendly.

Lovely place to stay with kids! The place is conveniently located near the metro station. Our daughter loved all the toys and the slide. Futhermore, the host is great! Michael went out of his way when we forgot the bag after checking out, he even offered to bring the bag to the train station for us. Amazing place and lovely host!

First of all, I was very satisfied with the terrace in this accommodation! And Ronald was so kind and recommended things to do nearby. If you are coming to Cologne, this is the place for you.

We were only in Martina's apartment for the third time briefly in a row and were like the first Paint super satisfied with everything. The Apartment is well furnished, clean and offers plenty of space. Martina is a great Host and always easily accessible. We will be happy to come back.
