everything is great, from first contact to arrival. Were traveling as a family to a family celebration. The house has 5 double rooms

We had it more than nice in Andrea's place: We were there about the Christmas party, the ambiance in the half-timbered house with fireplace was very cozy. Andrea even set up a fir tree for us and was always available for questions, etc. We would come back anytime - thank you so much!

We had gone to the accommodation for recreation and relaxing and found both there. You can tell that someone has put a lot of love and work into a good concept here. The place is not only clean and comfortable but also professionally organized. It's almost like being in your own wellness hotel. We would love to come back.

The house was perfect for our needs: we wanted somewhere with a parking space and within easy reach of public transport to visit the Christmas markets. The city centre was 25 minutes away by bus and underground. Buses run frequently and the stop was five minutes' walk from the house. The neighbourhood felt very safe. There is a small grocery shop and a baker's a short walk away. As other reviewers have mentioned, the house is still a work in progress but this didn't bother us at all. It is well equipped with everything you need. The only thing to note is that there is no TV but we didn't mind this. The WiFi is fast and reliable. We would happily stay here again.

We felt very comfortable as a family of five in Norbert's house. Everything was available and clean as described. Even coffee pods were there. The wooden fireplace was a highlight for the kids. They were quick to respond to questions. The arrival in the dark was adventurous, but Norbert had described the arrival superbly. We arrived well. Location is nice and quiet. Perfect for kids as you don't bother anyone. We felt like home and would be happy to come back if we were to be around again.

We really have no words for this place. It sits in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Saying the house is fully equipped… would be a wild understatement. We spent the night paying board games from the many many games we found in the house. The kitchen has literally everything you need. The place feels welcoming and designed to feel like home away from home. Bettina was super helpful and responsive, we had some car troubles which her brother was so kind to help us with. Could not recommend this place more.

Our stay at Alexandra’s place was perfect. The house is lovely, just on the edge of the woods. It is very comfortable and warm and the wood stove gives some extra charm! Walks start at the front door, and the town of Wiehl is only a five minute drive away. Highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay with kids! The place is conveniently located near the metro station. Our daughter loved all the toys and the slide. Futhermore, the host is great! Michael went out of his way when we forgot the bag after checking out, he even offered to bring the bag to the train station for us. Amazing place and lovely host!

My children and I felt very comfortable in the bright, spacious apartment. The small shops in this neighborhood, the many shopping and restaurants, the proximity of the trains as well as the communal house in this neighborhood make the location of the apartment very pleasant.

The place is as shown in the photos - very tastefully decorated, there is everything you need. It is also close to the train station, so Düsseldorf can easily be explored on foot or by public transport. The communication with Manes was super easy, he was always available and inquired about my well-being. I felt completely comfortable and had a very nice time in Düsseldorf! I can only recommend Manes.

Really enjoyable stay for 4 days. Very nice, clean and cosy apartment in Dusseldorf suburbs with good transport connections to town centre and exhibition centre.

Not my first rodeo with Kate and Marcel and I’d say all their properties are always immaculate and well maintained. From bathroom to living room, everything was on point. Fast WiFi too. Great hosts.

We had a great weekend stay at Stefano's apartment. Everything was exactly as described and the self check-in was super easy. Stefano was responsive and very helpful. The Internet connection was good and shower pressure was also great. The only drawback, if you're traveling by car, is that parking in the neighborhood is very tricky, although there are several paid garages within a 5-10 minute walk if all else fails. A tram stop is just around the corner, very convenient. Highly recommended.

Bella's place is just great! The apartment is spacious, and the large dining table was perfect for our girls' night. The living room and especially the kitchen are excellently equipped, so we didn't miss anything. We felt completely comfortable, and Bella quickly responded to our wishes and needs. We'd love to come back anytime!
