We stayed in this house for the 2nd time and were also delighted in the winter time. The amenities are perfect for a large group, everyone has enough space, lots of games, projectors, etc. The place was absolutely clean and we immediately felt at home. We'd love to come back! Highly recommend!

We were there over New Year's Eve with 6 people and a Labrador! The place was beautiful, the pool converted into a great seat in the morning sun! Susanne was quickly accessible to every zeut, had provided sweet welcome gifts for everyone, arrival and departure could be made very flexible! The houses are both very well equipped with a lot of love! The sauna was perfect! So all in all: highly recommended!! I'm sure we'll be back☺️❤️

the stay of Elisabeth and the Family Gruber is great! This was the first holiday home where we really felt at home and at ease. The cottage was equipped with every comfort, very clean and very comfortable. In the area there are plenty of amenities and activities to keep you entertained. we definitely want to come back here in the future and again enjoy the surroundings, the cottage and the hospitality of this fantastic family.

The house is located in a beautiful area, making it possible to take walks among vineyards and orchards. It is easy to walk to the banks of the Danube, on the other side of which is the famous Durnstein. You can also take a walk through the vineyards in the surrounding hills. Rossatz is a pretty old town with some charming streets, and the area has good restaurants. It is easy to get to Vienna from Rossatz, it only takes an hour by car. The flat is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities, and Katya is a wonderful and helpful host.

We stayed there for only one night, and the place was absolutely fine. Central location, easily accessible, overlooking the Danube. Accommodation was also very clean. Only the floor could have been better cleaned. Otherwise, everything is great, can definitely recommend the place for short trips.

Nice and modern cabin . Gernot is creative. It's cozy. It has everything for both short and long term stay. Wonderful surroundings of the cabin with two ponds. Quiet surroundings. Perfect for relaxing and wandering through nature. I'll be sure to come back. Highly recommend.

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
