We had a great time at this place on our little family getaway. The property was exactly as described and bigger than the photos depicted. We played with the board games and enjoyed movies, and were pleasantly surprised with a free bottle of wine. The place was walking distance to the beach and only a short drive from Cowes, and an even shorter drive from the Penguin Parade. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Kylie was always super quick to respond to messages and queries, often within an hour or so. She was very friendly over message, and was quite welcoming - making us feel confident this was a trustworthy and great place to spend the weekend. The house is in a FANTASTIC location, and was only a five minute walk from the local shopping centre and beach front. The house itself was well-cleaned and very spacious. The large backyard was a great addition, especially with the summer weather. Amenities all worked well and were in great condition. Can definitely see myself visiting again.

Michael place was an amazing hideaway in the middle of lots of bushes. We checked in after sunset so it was dark although we could hear the sound of waves hitting the shore clearly. Next morning the view was spectacular, the firepit is an great, cozy addition. Amenities were all as described. Little thoughtful touches within the house makes it more beautiful. Just suggestion to take along paper towel roll, chux & facial tissues as they weren't available & the closest IGA was just a 9min drive. Also, we had to find the closet that had towels, they weren't kept on the bed or in the bathroom. Wonderful place, cozy firepit, comfy beds & amazing host.

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

Large property, extremely spacious. 4 very large bedrooms with lovely decor. Beach is within close proximity to the house which makes for a lovely walk/swim. The highlight was the homemade pizzas we made using the wood fired pizza oven in the backyard, which we enjoyed on the deck. Definitely recommend this property!

The property was private, cozy, and absolutely beautiful—with tons of natural light that made it feel so warm and welcoming. Our family and dog had a wonderful week staying at Seaside Serenity Retreat! The house was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. There were lots of little extra touches like a beautiful range of teas available, a full spice rack, lots of appliances including an air fryer, a range of lovely soft towels and heaps of games plus a table tennis table to entertain the kids which we really appreciated. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach with very clear instructions provided and about a 25 min walk into town (or 5 min drive). Access to the Broadbeach Health Resort pool and gym were a bonus and we also loved walking around the Broadbeach area at dusk to see lots of kangaroos each night. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would love to return!

From the moment you arrive and walk upstairs you are greeted with the most amazing view from an outstanding house in a quiet location. 4 great size bedrooms with comfy beds and linen, bathrooms with everything you need and a kitchen with a view. Sina was amazing and incredibly responsive. This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a great holiday.

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

Oivi in Invy was in a perfect location allowing us to walk everywhere. Although the house was quite small, it accommodated the four of us plus our Spoodle beautifully. It had everything we needed and once we parked we didn’t need the car again. I’d highly recommend this place to others.

The view is absolutely stunning—I couldn’t stop taking photos! The place is beautifully clean and well-kept. There are multiple TVs, which made it super convenient for the kids, grandparents, and even for us parents working remotely. The internet connection was reliable too. The outdoor spa is too good to be true! Also the host mentioned about the construction next door before they confirmed our booking. Actually it wasn’t too disruptive. But one thing to note (which I overlooked when booking) is that there’s only one bathroom shared between the three bedrooms. Overall, for the price, this place is an incredible value. Highly recommended!

Having the whole family together in the one house was great. The house was very comfortable and clean. Close enough to cowes to go to big supermarkets but there is a little market and pub around the corner with everything you need. Back yard was great area for BBQ and relaxing. Our hosts were available via message to help with and questions we had. There is so much to do on Phillip Island. Such a lovely place to spend time.

Our family of 6 had a lovely weekend escape at Ocean Paddock. Stephen’s place exceeded all our expectations. The views are exceptional with ocean views on one side and farm land the other. The kids loved the cows and driving or walking from the gate and waving to the cows was a highlight. The front beach was so close. Low tide in the morning made for beautiful morning walks. Inside the open plan kitchen/living space allowed us to enjoy family time and cook while we looked out to the rolling waves. The beds were comfortable and the house itself spotless. We would highly recommend this fantastic air b n b and look forward to staying again.

We had a great week away, the house was was described but we were blown away by how well stocked it was with plenty of kitchen equipment, plates, cups and cutlery. Jeremy was so friendly and responsive to our questions. The location is great and we loved our morning walks on the beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again
