We were there for an extended weekend. Sebastian's messages were friendly, very detailed and clearly written. Since we didn't have any questions, the messages seemed pre-made. The apartment was easy to find with navigation and also the check-in instructions were clear and detailed so we had no problems. Apartment was clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. We had a very nice Time in the Flat of Futzum. He was quick to respond and very friendly. The flat itself is nicely equipped, very clean, and spacious. The bathroom is a dream 😊 The neighbourhood is very quiet, and there are many shops in the vicinity. I highly recommend this place for people who want to visit Kassel and stay in a nice environment.

We stayed in a women's group to relax and get down for a weekend in Kathrin and Juliet's beautiful house. We especially liked the homely and cozy atmosphere. It was still a little chilly in the house the first evening, but with fireplace and wool blankets, which were also available, we were still able to enjoy our time wonderfully. Kathrin proactively asked if we needed anything and went out of her way to give us a wonderful time. We stayed in beautiful Göttingen and then relaxed in the sauna in the evening. Everything ample, which was described and everything in great shape. Had a great time! Thank you two!

We spent some wonderful days at this Airbnb over New Year's Eve and were completely thrilled. The kitchen is well equipped and really leaves nothing to be desired – from cooking utensils to crockery to glasses, everything was available. The house itself is cozily furnished, you immediately feel comfortable. The price is absolutely fair given the amenities and comforts. Particularly noteworthy is the flexibility at check-in: on request we were even able to check in earlier – this is not a given! Communication was also super fast! Really great! Overall, we can 100% recommend this Airbnb and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great time!

Highly recommended! We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos or than expected. And the view... a dream! Communication was also hassle-free, fast, and always very helpful.

The cottage was extremely child friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the cottage!

The apartment is in a lovely half-timbered house on a quiet street a few meters from downtown. With the house key, you can get into a kind of small hall from which you can access the respective apartment via stairs. The atmosphere and cleanliness was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and stylish. We enjoyed the stay very much and will certainly be back.
