We were completely satisfied. Right at the door, we immediately felt at home. It is super modern and everything still looks new. It is only a few meters to the beach and it is nicely quiet. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a good week in Belau and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The bungalow has a great layout and is flooded with light. Especially the entrance from the carport directly into the utility room was perfect in rainy weather. With dog a perfect place to stay, as the garden is completely fenced and there are no stairs in the house. The contact with Simone was very nice and she was always available if we had a question. We will be happy to come back!

We can only agree with all the positive reviews! The amenities, order and cleanliness whether in the cottage or on the entire property were really great upon arrival! The decoration was also very loving. The situation was extremely quiet. From the beginning, I found my favorite place on the terrace. The view of the sea, especially at sunset, was simply indescribable! From the first moment we felt comfortable and were able to disconnect from everyday life. Unfortunately, we only saw Halka once on arrival, but had written and telephone contact. Halka looks very warm and humorous! We would love to arrive again!

We have stayed at Johanna's place in Niendorf several times. As always, everything was great and we'd love to come back!

Since we were the first to arrive, we were able to choose between (the booked) holiday home and two slightly different apartments each. We stayed in the cottage even though the apartments were already well renovated. Our holiday bungalow was in the middle of a total of three cottages. The large double bed was integrated in a niche in the living room. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and completely sufficient for two people and two small dogs. We felt very comfortable during our first stay on Fehmarn!!

The accommodation is exactly as described and very cozy for a few nice days in Grömitz. The location is also great and everything was sparkling clean!

A family-friendly place to stay that invites you to linger. It was all super clean and well furnished. The hosts are very nice, helpful and responsive at all times. The garden invites the big ones to linger and is ideal for children to let the urge to move freely. We were with two children (5J. & 3 years) in the apartment and felt very comfortable. There are many great spots accessible by bike or on foot. We will definitely be back!

The stay at the holiday bungalow was simply wonderful. I immediately felt comfortable when I got there. It was pretty fast, everything you need was there. And a beautiful walking path to the pier. As well as a beautiful path through a tree alley in the other direction on Schloßstraße. Everything was just very nice and relaxing.

wow it was a wonderful surprise !!! I stayed for almost 2 months in this villa with great attention to detail starting from the check-in which was perfect is really very kind inside the house nothing is missing everything is perfect the owner always available, prompt and kind. I needed tranquility and at the same time I wanted to be close to the sea ... this is the right place for those who want to have privacy, comfort and luxury while still being close to all the comforts that everyone needs !!! compliments!!!

Everything is great. Can't complain to us. Personal highlight: own swing right in front of the apartment. ;)

Thomas is a very friendly host. Always responded quickly to questions and responded great to our requests! He gave us tips for the stay, some of which we used. Wifi was stable and fast. Quiet location overlooking the greenery. The place is clean and in good condition. The facilities are great!

We felt very comfortable and spent cozy evening hours in the conservatory. During the day, Niendorf itself, especially through the underpass, is within walking distance. The house offers everything you need for a holiday and is very well equipped. The large garden also invites you to play when it was not enough on the beach. However, louder play is very quickly prevented by the local neighbors. Of course, the host can't do anything about it. We definitely had a great vacation.
