Highly recommend. This stay was very cozy and an overall great place. Location was perfect and near various activities fitting to what we were looking for. Decor was nice and we loved that there were various games we could play indoor. Space was very clean and open. Thank you!

Everything about Gayle's home was wonderful! We've been to many Airbnb properties and this one ranks among the best! What a wonderful, cozy place to come home to after a busy, fun day of hiking! A few highlights: amazing red rock views from the living room and front patio, spacious/open floor plan, comfortable beds and furniture, nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen, nice/quiet/walkable neighborhood, location is short drive to everything (grocery store, restaurants, stores, endless hiking trails), super responsive host Thank you Gayle for sharing your home - we're already looking forward to return visits!

We had a great week at Ashley & Kyle's house. This was our base while we toured Arizona. It was great to come back to the house and comfortable beds. Everything we needed was there. House is better in real life, we didn't want to leave today. Communication was easy but we also had to issues where we needed to contact the host. They got in touch to make sure we were warm enough, which was sweet. Highly recommended this house and would 100% use again if ever in Arizona. 5****

Amazing location with beautiful views! This is a very walkable location to the shops and restaurants on the main strip. Private parking space is a great plus! We had such a comfortable stay and it had everything we could possibly need! The bed is sooo comfortable too!

Gary hosted us as Carolyn was recovering from surgery, it was a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping to look at. It was nice to. One back to at the end of the day and relax and enjoy the “view” Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Excellent stay. We were family of 4, 2 teenagers. I was concerned about the trundle bed for one of my teenagers, but it was roomier and more comfortable than expected. Place was pristine, super roomy, and setup very nicely. I don't have one gripe - and I usually do. :-) Super duper location; huge supermarket is just minutes away - even walkable. And, as with most places in Sedona, centrally located for local hiking, shopping, or whatever you plan on doing in the area. I would stay here again in a nanosecond. Neighborhood super quiet. And super dark - so we didn't even have to drive anywhere to go stargazing at night. Just walked outside. Hot tub is huge and works really well. Grill was great for burgers one night. Kitchen is well stocked. Oh, one thing that stood out that usually bothers me at other places. All quality appliances. That really means a lot - that the owners care. And makes the stay better when you have a good quality coffee maker for example.

We had a lovely visit at Erik's place in Sedona! This was the perfect amount of space for two couples. The home was in a great area - while very easy to get around to places we wanted to be, including hikes, it was also so peaceful and the stars from the hot tub are UNREAL. This place had everything we needed and was clean. Erik made check-in, check-out, and the whole stay very easy. Thanks again for a great place to stay in Sedona, Erik!

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Everything was clean, there was plenty of space, and the place was well stocked. Location was great, just a short drive into Downtown Flagstaff, and near lots of cool hiking areas.

This was an incredible property! Unbeatable views of the red rocks, beautifully maintained home and so close to everything you could need while still feeling so private. Doug's place is an easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops and the hot tub is a welcome respite after a day of hiking. Overall, a good value for the money. We will be back next year.

Amy Jo was very responsive and friendly. Her property was located less than 10 minutes from Sedona and has several coffee shops and a grocery strike within a minute or two from the property. The property was beautiful, quiet and well maintained. The Christmas Tree for the holidays was a nice touch that made it feel like home. The Master Bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The electric car charger was a plus as that was the type of vehicle that the rental agency provided us. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
