Holiday houses in Wineglass Bay

This was an absolute favorite for all 3 of us, natives to different countries, well-travelled, etc. We were in awe of the attention to detail, creative touches, comfy coziness, beauty of the surrounds, extensive local/extra local info—but most of all, the warmth and kindness of our hosts. We cannot recommend this beautiful home highly enough, and would travel vast distances and time zones for another superb stay here. If you are in the kind, thoughtful appreciation group, no doubt you’ll love it like we did. Heaps of gratitude to our lovely hosts!

We think that the mark of a great Airbnb is that when you enter the place you feel at home and comfortable in it right away and that it would be tempting to stay inside, relax on the comfy sofas, rest and read the interesting range of good books (and keep the wood fire going in cold weather). We wanted to explore the coast and Wielangta forest drive though, and it was good to come back to such an inviting and well equipped stone cottage and enjoy the peace. Every thing we needed was there, so thank you for creating that lovely space Tess.

Elisabeth’s accommodation was just beautiful so clean and homely with plenty of space to spread out ..Loved the seperate sitting areas ..As we walked into the main kitchen living area all I could say was Wow ..it was all open plan and so tasteful decorated ..Just a couple of minutes to the beautiful Spring beach we loved a morning stroll then back there after lunch for lazing about and swimming …We returned late afternoon and got comfortable on the large deck at the rear of the home …The home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay could not be more comfortable…The large bathroom with the window shower was amazing and very private ..Our bedrooms were a great size very clean and comfortable ..We would definitely recommend Elisabeth’s accommodation we shall be returning for sure . This was our second time staying in this amazing unit by the sea. If peace and serenity is what you are looking for don’t go any further. The sea views and sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks are second to none. You might need to note, no local shops or restaurants. You’ll need to bring supplies with you. The unit we stayed in has a small BBQ out on the deck with a microwave and cooktop inside. Small bar fridge in the kitchen. Great for couples.

We loved staying in this apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were super plush and the view was to die for. There were even some Easter eggs waiting for us on the table

Another great stay at John’s place. Relaxed vibe, close to the beach and cafes and very dog-friendly. Will be back again

I spent one night there with four friends and we couldn't be more happy with the house, it is a beautiful, comfortable and well equipped place. I really valued the communication since the beginning, they were in touch a few days before our check in with all the information we needed upon arrival, it was the same for the check out time. I highly this place not just because it's so modern and beautiful, but mostly because of their service and devotion to fullfill your expectations.

The Ocean Retreat is an absolute pleasure to stay at. The deck and pool overlooking the ocean is what sets this place apart, the view is breathtaking. The heated pool is a great temperature, we used it even though the weather wasn't really warm. The kitchen has great amenities and is well stocked for entertaining. Having two dishwashers and a butlers pantry is brilliant. BBQ is huge! Makes cooking for the family easy. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom/ensuite, makes it great when you have 4 couples staying like we did. All the bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of room for the bassinet and stuff for our infant. The layout of the loungeroom is well considered too, the gas "woodheater" gives all the ambience of a log fire without the mess and warms the area really well. Thank you Nigel and Courtney for a fantastic stay, we hope to be back again soon!

A perfect spot near Freycinet National Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location for access to the park. As an extra bonus, we also found good eating spots nearby. Views from the front deck were spectacular, particularly sunset.
