Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Windham

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

This cottage was ideal for our group. It is atypical in that the ‘bunk room’ is good for sleepovers with the younger crowd. And, living/dining is perfect for game nights & movie nights. The simple kitchen & 2 baths made it perfect for our 8 able-bodied friends. The awkward stairs & short ceilings could be deal breakers for any parties exceeding 5’10” or with mobility issues. But, plenty of towels & hot water for longer haired kiddos who needed showers after a late October swimming down by the pier… which is walkable, but also a super short drive.

My family and I love Sandy’s place. Lots of room, so comfortable and very clean! Sandy is so easy to communicate with and is always quick to reply! Close to the beach to take the dogs for a run in the winter months, close to town for restaurants, bowling, shopping. And just a great place to hang out, watch football, play games, or make pizza in the wood fired pizza oven! This is our second stay and we’ll be back.

Jeff was super responsive to me when I had questions. The space was beautiful, clean, and easily accessible. Jeff provided everything you might need for your stay. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for Storyland and Saco River. The hosts responded so quickly and it was clean and beautiful especially the back yard. We loved the Scandinavian design inside and out.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tara’s place! It felt like home, so well stocked and comfortable. Incredible views, cooking on the Blackstone overlooking the mountains was a favorite! Tara we super helpful with a couple of minor things that came up over the weekend. There was a ton of space. We highly recommend and are hoping to stay here again!

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as shown in the pictures. The home was clean, sunny & uncluttered. We were a short drive from downtown Freeport but felt very much away from it all when relaxing in the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the view of the cove when we got up in the morning and the cool ridge behind the house! It was a great family vacation, and we will come again!

My friend and I had a great stay at Susan’s place. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood with great food options nearby and it was also quite walkable to the downtown area for us.

Margaret is an extremely pleasant host. Our experience couldn't have been better from booking thru checkout. Our stay completely met our expectations and was perfect for our family of 4 (all grown individuals) and our dog. We had the pleasure of running into Margaret and her family and that was a complete validation of the quality of our fantastic experience. Thank you!

We only stayed one night because we had to pick up our son from the airport which is about 15 min from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It's close to lots of restaurants. Rudi was an excellent host and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Cozy, clean, and super close to downtown. Great location. Overall great place to stay! Would recommend.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

The building, condo unit, and location were exactly as presented and pictured. The pictures of the beach, ocean, and sunrise pale in comparison to being there in real life!

We had a great stay! More spacious than we expected, very clean, updated and comfortable space. Felt it was even nicer than the photos. Bed was very comfortable, nice towels and linens. Plenty of storage for a longer stay. Easy access driving to Jackson or Conway.We didn’t get a chance to sit out but the patio area was great and private. We hope we get the chance to stay again!

This air bnb was really comfortable and it had all the utilities we were looking for, felt at home and was very nice with a beautiful view, I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely be coming back.

This was a great spot for me and my family to celebrate the new year! The host was very responsive and helpful with the questions I had. The view was amazing and the unit was very clean and well stocked. The pool was great and we were able to swim before check in and after check out. Check in was super easy at the front desk, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

lovely condo, great location! If it's a twilight ski night you can ski in/ski out to that as well bc the trails by you are the ones used!

This was a perfect get away treat in the mountains! The location could not have been better and I felt right at home. The luxuries In the club house really made this Airbnb stand out from the other places I've stayed. There is nothing like watching the snow fall while you swim. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend using this resort for a family reunion.
