Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Windham

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

This cottage was ideal for our group. It is atypical in that the ‘bunk room’ is good for sleepovers with the younger crowd. And, living/dining is perfect for game nights & movie nights. The simple kitchen & 2 baths made it perfect for our 8 able-bodied friends. The awkward stairs & short ceilings could be deal breakers for any parties exceeding 5’10” or with mobility issues. But, plenty of towels & hot water for longer haired kiddos who needed showers after a late October swimming down by the pier… which is walkable, but also a super short drive.

Jeff was a wonderful host and his home is beautiful, clean, and quiet in the cute town of Hallowell, ME. The beds were comfy, we enjoyed the sauna, and my son was especially excited we were able to access his favorite shows on the tv #priorities! The location is also excellent to cute restaurants on the main strip in town! We wished we had time to enjoy the hot tub! Next time! Highly recommend!!

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

We loved our stay here! The house was adorable, cozy and clean and the close location to Freeport and Portland was so convenient! Lots of areas to hike with dogs close by. We loved every minute!

Susan’s home was perfect for our long weekend in Portland. We could easily walk everywhere and lots of great shops, restaurants and bars very close. Her home was very comfortable and a nice large space for us to all enjoy!! Also her home was located in a great neighborhood!! We would definitely come back again!!

Our stay completely met our expectations and was perfect for our family of 4 (all grown individuals) and our dog. Everything was quiet and peaceful during this stay. I think there were downstairs neighbors in the building that were quiet and respectful. For 4 adults, this space was spacious, clean and comfortable.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We felt instantly at home at Ian’s place. It’s inviting and warm and decor is just the right amount of funky and cool. It was comfortable for four people. It makes a great home base for Portland.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Place was very clean. Gas fireplace was great. Nice big couch. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. Convenient to attitash and wildcat.

This was our second stay at Bill's Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The location is great, and Nordic Village Resort has lots of amenities for families. Bill's condo is clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace and a spacious king-size bed. We loved the updated bathroom, especially the jacuzzi tub! We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Host was very easy to communicate with. Unit is big and comfortable, pool and spa were amazing, kids loved it, can't wait to return!
