Cabin holiday rentals in Windermere Lake

We had an amazing time, house was beautiful. We had a family of 6, everyone slept comfortable. The amenities were awesome, we had a blast playing pool, enjoying the massage chair and hanging in the hot tub. Made great meals in the well equipped kitchen and spent some incredible quality time with the whole family. Super close to the Hoodoo trail- which was good for a short and beautiful family hike. Also everyone was very impressed with the cool shower upstairs.

It was a very cozy place , the only couple things that we were not fond off were beds upstairs that made even moving side to side very loud, also the kitchen island was very sticky ( I tied to clean it myself but was not successful). However, for the money that we paid , it was worth it! Love the location and the hot tub was a nice addition!

Had a wonderful 3 night stay - perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the amenities at the resort as well as activities in the area. Dennis was incredibly responsive and helpful and the home was as described.

Shawna’s place was wonderful. Very clean and homey however a few spider weds near the ceiling. Had a perfect rustic private feel. There was lots of room and the hot tub was a perfect touch. We would definitely stay again. Perfect location for families. Close to all amenities on the resort without the chaos of staying directly on the resort.

The property was really great. There were 8 in our group including 4 young kids. The house is lovely and well laid out. The amenities in the house (hot tub, fire pit, tv and games room) were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. The area is so beautiful and the property itself is in a quiet and private location. It was 5 mins to the hot springs and 10 mins to the ski hill. Emma and Joshua were quick to respond from the time we booked with any questions we had. A wonderful experience - highly recommend!

Had a very restful time at Lynn's! Felt extremely fortunate to stay here with plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy our time here. Loved that we were close to the lake for a quick skate and a short drive to the ski hill.

We had an incredible stay at Iron Horse Cabin! We were lucky enough to experience a White Christmas, and the cabin was the perfect winter retreat. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch! The view from the cabin is absolutely breathtaking – mountains as far as the eye can see. It's also so close to skiing, making it super convenient to hit the slopes. A tip for future guests: after fresh snow, you'll definitely want a 4x4 to navigate the road to the cabin, but it’s all part of the winter adventure! As for the train noise, we were a little concerned before we arrived, but it really wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend Iron Horse Cabin for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and easy access to skiing. Would love to see it in summer one day.

Absolutely perfect location for skiing Panorama & RK Heli! The living room was great, fire was perfect (TONS of firewood available), and the hot tub was just the best. We were a group of adults on a ski trip and this was exactly what we needed. Lots of room for your skis & boards. Five stars from us!

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Very quite area while still being close to all of the great activity’s the community has to offer. Don’t hesitate to book! You will not regret it!

I stayed here with my family for a week while we visited the national parks in the area. It was very beautiful and luxurious. We had a great time. Paul was very responsive to our questions and I would definitely recommend his place.

Great place to stay, the house was clean, very nice, lots of amenities. We had some trouble checking in, but they responded very quickly and we didn't have to wait long. Would love to stay there again!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was such a beautiful location, quick walk to the lake, comfy beds, and a big living space that was perfect for our group of 8 to hangout all together. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful. We did not want to leave!!! I would highly recommend this Airbnb :)

We had a very fun and comfortable family holiday at Susi’s cabin. Rooms (5) for everyone and very quiet at night. Located in a very nice neighbourhood with beach available anytime until 10:00pm tennis courts and pickleball as well. Great neighbourhood for walking.

Was a very beautiful little cabin! Tucked nicely in the trees. Was very clean and neatly done( builder also did an excellent job! ) Was very private but I still would have preferred window coverings. Would definitely recommend it.
