Holiday rentals with a patio in Wilmington

Wendy’s place was absolutely amazing. Me, my husband and 1 month old wanted to take a first little family trip before he goes back to work! It was a PERFECT place for that. The ocean view was just wonderful. The location is also great. Not far at all from the boardwalk. We hope to come back during the summer!!! Wendy was also a great host. Always responsive & accommodating!

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

We very much enjoyed our visit - the condo is stylish and the photos are accurate. The location is fantastic -- very close to the riverwalk and all of the historic area, yet the block it's on is relatively quiet so there's not a lot of street noise. Parking location is excellent -- just a half block or so away from the building. The electronic door lock worked well and made check-in very easy. Megan was a very responsive and friendly host. A couple of very minor negatives: 1) the complex is gated and there is a gate code with the instructions, but neither entrance was ever actually locked. While the area generally felt safe, the gate security was basically fake. 2) Living room furniture is compact, not particularly comfortable for lounging. 3) The bedroom is small and the bed is low - not much room around the bed. (On the other hand, the bathroom is very large.) Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the historic district!

Perfect place for a solo weekend away. The bed is super comfortable and the place has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town :)

Michael was an amazing host. He was so warm and welcoming and his communication was incredible. The home was 100% as described and it was so incredibly clean, and with amazing modern finishes. You are literally a block away from the beach and far enough up that you are not disturbed by the nightlife at Carolina Beach. His hospitality was amazing and super helpful at all times. You will not regret booking here and with Michael.

There are hosts and there are Superhosts! Steven is the epitome of a Superhost! Due to an unforeseen circumstance, he was proactive in making sure that our Friends weekend was “over the top”! It will be a trip not soon forgotten!

Kelly’s place was immaculate, cozy, clean, and comfortable! We visited UNCW and explored the city! It was a perfect spot and Kelly was friendly, welcoming and responsive.

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

Thoughtful host with well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Very detailed oriented making for a very comfortable and convenient stay.

Todd's place was just right for our visit to Wilmington. We were there to help our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home, so the location close to Leland was perfect. We were able to come back each night and relax, the use of the hot tub was an added bonus. Todd was friendly and his home was also very dog friendly!

We loved our stay at the Pelican’s Nest and having Stacey as our host! The house was a great place to relax and feel right at home. We appreciate Stacey being very communicative and making sure our trip was going well! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this clean, quiet, and comfortable bungalow just a stone's throw from UNCW. Self check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the whole home was pristine. James was quick to respond to questions. We'll stay again the next time we're in Wilmington!

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Tatum, was very responsive and kind. Thank you! ☺️

Absolutely beautiful home exactly like the pictures showed. Owners were always responsive and informative when it came to questions or concerns. Overall great time, highly recommend!

PROs -Chad was super communicative from the start. -Easy beach access and close to many great spots -Place is as described and well stocked for what you could need. CONs -The place is a bit hard to find in the dark as all the surrounding buildings/units look alike. -The unit itself is on the bottom floor. It can be quite loud due to people on the floor above. SUMMARY We loved it and enjoyed our time here. 100% would recommend!!

With little notice of my booking due to an emergency Tina was responsive and caring and I was able to check in quickly and without issue. When I had to unexpectedly extend my stay it was a blessing to have this part of trip handled so efficiently so I could concentrate on my family. In addition the condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my stay. Bonus points for the most comfortable bed and caring hostess! Thanks Tina!

Cam is an AMAZING HOSTESS! She was extremely accommodating, responsive and very flexible and generous offering early check-in (because property was unoccupied the night before check in) and late check out (because unit wasn’t booked with winter storm moving in). She is the BEST! The unit itself was fantastic ! It is the coolest (BEST) Air B& B I’ve stayed in! Location! Furnishings! Stylish but comfortable! They really thought of EVERYTHING! Throw blankets on couch to snuggle in for movie, ear plugs and sound machines ( if you are sensitive to the music from the landmark bar located below) … frankly didn’t bother me a bit … in fact music was so good I went downstairs for a drink because I was enjoying the wide variety of tunes so much! Genuinely an amazing stay … the master bedroom bedding … I’ve had 4-back surgeries and had THE BEST NIGHTS SLEEP I’ve had since I can’t remember when! I shared this with her and she replied with screen shots of actual bedding from Amazon! FIRST CLASS!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a Beautiful clean condo and Aaron and Kim made us feel very welcome. We would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had a great time! it was my boyfriends first time in Southport and he was impressed. The location was a nice walk to downtown and you could walk along the water line. The beach at the condo was nice and provided great views of the sunrise. The hosts showed attention to detail and you could tell they thought of ways to elevate the experience! I would definitely return to this location!

This is our second stay. Visiting our daughter in the area. Everything was great as usual!
