This apartment is one block from Rittenhouse Square--the best location. Great value, spacious and modern. Restaurants and coffee shops galore! The perfect location for walking and window shopping. Easy parking, plenty of lots nearby. You should be ok with steps, pack light. Loved the apartment and location. Had a great week in Philly--flower show, dining, walking and meeting friends. The place was spotless! Can't wait to go back.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

Clean, comfortable and felt like home. Host responds quickly. We will definitely rent this place again. Great location also. I definitely recommend this home for a peaceful stay.

This apartment was perfect for my elderly parent who struggles with mobility issues. The whole apartment had wide open spaces and was clutter-free so she could move freely without many obstacles. We use a mobility van with a ramp and stayed in the upper apartment. Parking was a little tricky but we managed. Parking on the lower level appears to be better suited for us so we will try to rent the lower level next time. Dennis was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our time there.

Absolutely loved this Compass Victorian home. Felt so clean and like home. Mim was a fantastic host, did not go through the week with anything needed.

Dimitris place was right in the heart of upenn and conveniently close to penn medical where we were splitting our time. The condo is big with plenty of space and more than suited our needs.

Great stay! Modern design and appliances with all of the bells and whistles. There's a TV in every room (even the bathroom and kitchen)! Many options for lighting (bright, recessed, dimmable...). Hosts were responsive!

Place was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Stayed for the weekend. I would stay here again.

I just needed a place to crash during an intense 4-day class, and that’s exactly what I got. This place has pretty much everything you need, and is very practical. Not cute, but great if you just need a private space to yourself. Jae was kind and helpful!

Good space was a lil dingy but a great spot

We enjoyed our stay very much . The location was lovely and there's a lot to do out in the Ephrata area. Our host had a vase of flowers on the counter when we arrived saying Happy Anniversary. That was a very nice touch.

This property was great for our large group - we had 4 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the kids had space to run around, and the neighborhood was very kid and family friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the Airbnb and Philly in general. We will seek out George and Nicky’s place when we come back yo Philly!

I had a fantastic stay—everything about the place was great, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in the area.

Great Stay ! Very Relaxing

Rea and Ed's place is lovely and in a walkable downtown area. Communication was very good. We appreciate Rea's flexibility with check in/out and stowing our luggage so we could spend the day researching our family geneology. I highly recommend this stay - we felt very comfortable at at home. Thank you Rea and Ed.

Great place! Hot tub was a great feature, hot when we arrived. Place is very nicely done, lots of great details, everything comfortable and clean.

This place was exactly what I needed. A quiet place to relax and get some work done. There were some great restaurants and shops in walking distance. When I had a question the owners were very responsive and helped me right away. I will definitely be returning.

Diane was amazing! Her husband was as well. We arrived right at 4pm and had no issue with the instructions that were supplied to get into the unit. We passed the hot tub and went for the pool table first. Shortly after 5pm, due to the high winds in the area, power went out. Diane's husband came down to greet us and let us know not to hesitate to contact him if we needed anything. Our Verizon wireless service was weak, but otherwise, we did ok awaiting the power to return. Diane contacted us shortly after and kept in touch and offered various things to try to make up for something that she never could have imagined or really prepared for. But she had no issue with us using the hot tub late into the night if power returned. Fast forward to about 2am and the power finally came back on. We gave the hot tub a little time to warm up and went and enjoyed it. We got some more sleep and then even finished that last game of pool we had started the night before.

Amazing place to stay very clean and love the little signs around the apartment. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs are amazing it’s fantastic ….. By the way Jon is very responsive he respond under 7 minutes and helpful at all time. Will be staying there from now on …….

Had an amazing stay at Zachary’s place. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed any questions I had. Hot tub was a bonus and the house was so cute. Will stay again!!

Loved it. Absolutely will go back

This place is huge! Me and a classmate stayed here for 16 months while we attended grad school. It has plenty of space for both of us to study and not trip over each other. The location is great in terms of restaurants with dozens of options down 2nd Street and Market Street. The 2nd street septa line is only a 3 - 4 minute walk. There are several parking garages nearby, however you will find that parking is expensive in old city and center city. The apartment is relatively quiet at night on Sunday-Wednesday nights. Thursday night is slightly louder and then Friday and Saturday nights are loud especially in the summer. Personally, the only downsides of this apartment are that it is four flights up stars to it which was difficult for me when I moved in, but got progressively easier the longer I stayed there, and the strawberry ally can get pretty junkie with trash (however, I never felt threatened walking down the ally at anytime of night). Oh, and Eli is a great guy!
