Fiona is a delightful host and provides her guests with a dandy guide to Eugene. The home is charming in decor. generous in kitchen accoutrements (sp?), and warm.

The layout and placement of the home was perfect for my family. We decided to try the local transit system and it was a walkable distance to Sunset Transit center. The neighborhood and home itself was very nice and quiet. Would gladly reserve this place again when I’m back in town!

This house is truly a sanctuary. The pictures do not do it justice. It's spacious, peaceful, and relaxing. We were in town for my son's track meet and this was such a lovely home to come back to at night for some peace and quiet. BeeBee was extremely accommodating and responsive, and even left us some drinks and treats to start out with. The home is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor spaces are lovely and we were visited by wild turkeys, deer, and lots of birds. We hope to return in future years.

This was our second stay in Becky’s Italian Villa and it’s still amazing -- our preferred lodging in Eugene! It’s by far the best and most enjoyable Airbnb we’ve stayed in. It’s large, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the property where it is located is stunning. The villa is clean and cheerful and the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom & shower are roomy. The host is friendly and responded quickly to requests. We highly recommend it!

Truly, an amazing place. So much room. They've thought of everything. So many lovely touches. Eggs in the fridge for breakfast. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. A great theatre room, sauna, cozy fireplace, snacks, views. And our hosts were so responsive and communicative. We would definitely stay again!

The space looked brand new. It has a gym, pool table, darts, and a beautiful view. The beds were clean , and very comfortable. I highly recommend Shayne’s place, you’ll love it.

Tranquil and beautiful property. The house is super quiet and yet very close to the University. The adjoining park is a great area to walk.

Jesse and Fiona’s place was a perfect spot to land while we were in Eugene. We felt very welcomed and we appreciated all their creative touches to place. They were very responsive and friendly in their communication as well!

This is an absolutely stunning rental with great amenities. We wish we had more time here! We stayed here after our wedding night, and it was the perfect spot to feel special as newlyweds. Well before we checked out the following day, we were already talking about wanting to rebook for a future stay. The farmhouse is beautiful and feels simultaneously rustic and luxurious. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect in every way! Ardyn's home is gorgeous, decorated beautifully, and has every amenity you could need, plus it's in a quiet neighborhood near Amazon Park. Everything from the moment we entered was absolutely lovely. Ardyn obviously has a flair for decorating and attention to detail - she even provides bamboo toothbrushes if you forgot your own, and she set out a small pet bed plus water/food bowls for our little dachshund! The home is elegant yet extremely comfortable - we spent Thanksgiving here and decided to stay in and cook, which turned out great because the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils and pans. She even has plastic wrap and aluminum foil, which is always appreciated and rarely provided. We have stayed at many AirBnb's and honestly, I rate this as one of the best yet. Worth every dollar! Thank you Ardyn, we will be back :-)

Wonderful property by a great host in a fantastic location for our Willamette Valley weekend! This home is comfortable and extremely well appointed. Host truly thought of everything and always communicated clearly and proactively. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay all around. Amazing hosts. Location was perfect - felt like we were in the middle of everything, but so quant and quiet in the trees. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again!
