Fabulous house in a fabulous location! This house was perfect! Super clean, comfortable beds, great amenities through out the house. It had everything we could have wanted/needed. The location can’t be beat. It was a very short and easy drive to both downtown for shopping and restaurants and also super easy to get to Folly Beach. We especially loved the fully fenced in yard for our dogs. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which was very welcoming after a day of being downtown with the crowds! There is a greenway right by the house which was perfect for morning runs and walking the dogs. We went with our college age girls for an after Christmas trip and they both said they wanted to come back to this house again! Highly recommended!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

Smaller home perfert for 1 or 2 couples. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced back yard. Location is outstanding. Great restaurants just a mile or 2 away. Grocery stores equally close. Downtown Charleston 10-15 drive. We will definitely stay again.

it was our first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it and couldn't have asked for a better house to stay in! the location was absolutely perfect! easy walk to the beach and to the main strip with restaurants and bars. would highly recommend and we plan to go back again!

Allison was easy to work with and very accommodating. We had evacuated our home due to flooding and were searching for a pet friendly place to stay. It was a stressful time, to say the least. We were inquiring about her other rental and she suggested this one because of the fenced yard. Made a big difference having a yard for our dogs. The home was clean and comfortable. And it is close to restaurants and a grocery store. Very happy with our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The fully fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs—they had the best time running around. The garage was a blast with all the games, and everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is a perfect spot for a family get together. Cozy bedrooms, an inviting screened in porch and living room. The kitchen had everything needed to make a good meal and the general vintage beach house vibe was so comfortable! Not to mention a beautiful beach passage steps from the house! I look forward to returning with my family again some time! My goto stay if I return to Charleston or Mount Pleasant!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, seemed very cozy, and had everything we needed and more. The house is close to everything we needed in the area and yet still quiet and peaceful for relaxing in the afternoons. No complaints at all and we would 100% recommend it!

Joseph was very responsive to all my messages and questions. we were even able to check in an hour early, which was nice and we had arrived in the area sooner than expected. the house was clean, and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets and linens. it was nice he provided popcorn and coffee and even some ramen noodles for a late night snack. my dogs loved the huge fenced in backyard and the fences were nice and high so I didn't have to worry about them escaping or anything. the house is on the older side, as most of the houses in Charleston are, but there are a lot of renovations but still keeps that old world charm. overall an outstanding stay. thank you!

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Exactly as described - we spent hours between the nearby beautiful kid-friendly beach and the backyard pool. When it was time to relax inside, our son loved playing with the games inside. We loved our time in IOP and would recommend this house to others!

We absolutely loved the location! We could walk to restaurants or get a quick Uber to the heart of King Street. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the guests above you pretty easily, but there were sound machines in all the bedrooms that helped cancel out the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here in December. It’s a quiet street that is convenient to downtown, beaches, and the highways. The place has a lot of light, storage, off street parking, and a decently equipped kitchen!

Megan's place was spotless and easy to get into. The surrounding area had all the necessary shops and places to eat within a quick drive. It was a pleasant vacation for the family.

This was the perfect beach cottage for my family of 4. Such a cool little neighborhood that is very bike and walking friendly to get around on Seabrook. Leah was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Her house was spotless and smelled fresh. It was bright and cheerful inside. Plenty of lamps. Comfortable beds and couch. Easy to open curtains to let the daylight in and to enjoy the beautiful Live Oaks that surround the house. Highly recommend this place.

Our group of 7 stayed at Flyway, the two houses on Bixbie Lane with a shared back yard. It was perfect for our family. For adults over college age, keep in mind that 8 adults is a comfortable limit. The couches pull out, but they are the comfy places to sit, so no one who wants to go to bed early can sleep there ;-). We brought tailgating/camping chairs and this worked out perfectly for eating together inside (would advise this). There are plenty of dishes. The outside space was wonderful but it was a little chilly for us. Didn’t end up bringing dogs, but this should be perfect. If they ever rewire the house, I hope they will put lights in the closets. Four cars fit in the two driveways. The area is nice. There’s a school nearby but no traffic congestion. The showers are hot :). The host is responsive. We would certainly return and recommend.

This was our second stay at Island Pearl and it was just as great as the first time. The location is perfect to my brother's house, which is an added bonus, to its convenient location to all the other things we like to do in Charleston. Calvin is also a very responsive host, always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a place to stay on the island.

Spur of the moment trip for the weekend with my husband and two dogs. Home was warm and inviting and the screened in porch was amazing with a day bed, hot tub, and fire pit. Yard was small but fenced. Even got to meet the owner’s cat! Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location for our trip and the fenced in well landscaped yard was big enough for our Australian Shepherd to chase the frisbee. The bungalow is well outfitted with many space saving features. and worked well for the 2 of us and the pup. We were a few minutes from our family in Mount Pleasant and events in Isle of Palms. The house manual has directions to a conservation area a few minutes away and quickly became a favorite for morning and evening dog walks.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Buckey’s! His home was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and spent our afternoons and evenings on the back patio. Buckey’s home was extremely clean, and had everything we needed. He was a very responsive host and we felt right at home. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

We had an amazing stay at the Sea Urchin! The property was exactly as described and perfect for a small family and two small dogs! The backyard space is fully fenced and great for family fun. 2 minute walk to the beach, great public beach access. Thanks for a wonderful fall Folly trip!

The Villa was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The ocean is just a few minutes drive, and despite the holiday weekend the beaches were pleasantly un-crowded. Margaret gave us precise instructions that helped make the visit flawless. Our puppy loved it too! We are very satisfied with our stay and hope to return.

Nice place. As advertised. The neighborhood has a private feel to it even though it's pretty centrally located. The house is nice and easy to get to. The kitchen is well appointed, the washer and dryer are nice, the internet's fast and everything's pretty comfortable. We were a little worried about the health of the refrigerator and we had no access to the mailbox, so don't have anything shipped that may be delivered to the mailbox. We enjoyed it and may stay again soon.
